If u have acne do this- Cut sugar, cut diary products, cur carbs, cut fruits with high GI. Change your pillow cases daily, wash ur face only two times a day. Clean your makeup brushes daily. Drink 4 litres water daily make sure ,not less than 4 litres. Fresh face towel everytime you use,dont repeat even once. Last , use tea tree essential oil, mix in water , apply on effected area using cotton. Apply it two times. My acne are clearing doing all this. I hv stopped eating chapatis, suji made things, no besan. I only consume eggs, sauteed vegetables, fruits with low Gi , moong ,chana daal mix cheela .... u ll see diffrence in 4 months... m taking suppliments too for vitamin d,b,e

Hi, first of all you both are amazing!
My ques- I have a dry sensitive skin and I've developed little bumps under my cheeks which I believe is comedonal acne. I had consulted a dermat and she said it's an allergy but I didn't get benefits from their suggested products. I've read and studied some things I can do including using benzoyl peroxide face wash but I'm not sure what could I do to treat it😢😢

Be aware of isotretonoin if planning a pregnancy. My friend stopped taking it 8 months before pregnancy, still when she got pregnant after 5 weeks her baby died and had some genetic abnormality.
