    What a great tutorial. I was able to follow along by pausing it every once in a while. My sister-in-law has mobility issues, and has a washcloth soap saver that I made her, but I think she will really love this one. It gives her the ability to grasp the soap without having to worry about dropping it. Thank you.

    The tutorial is really good! I can actually see what you are doing and what stitches you are going through etc....most tutorials make it hard to see but this tutorial was close up and very understandable! I really appreciate that.
    I'm making these as gifts for Christmas....love it!

    Thanks for the video! Getting some Christmas presents done.
    I made my second one with extra rows because I normally see bars taller than the one you showed. :)

    Hi Tamara! What a great tutorial. Your voice is very calming and your instruction is so clear and concise! Thank you so much, I'm glad to have found it! Quick question. I am fairly new to crochet, so this may be a silly question, but is this adaptable if I was using a different size soap?

    • @tamarairene
      @tamarairene 8 років тому +1

      +MelodyAnn5 Thank you so much! :D Yes, you can make it bigger, just crochet the width of your soap and adjust the stitch count for the rest of the bag as needed. :) It'll take a bit of trial and error.

      @@tamarairene I'm adding an extra 4 stitches to my chain, in order to make bag a little wider. I think it will work if I watch my stitch count to make sure the puffs are still centered. I've done a lot of blankets in bobble stitch and became pretty good with the count😉 thank you for this pattern and tutorial❤️

    Lovely little project and very helpful. What was the name of the pretty little soap you mushed in? This was great, I bought some scritchy hemp type yarn an made about ten little loofahs. I would love to get into soap making but need a really easy way. What great baskets they make for Teachers and neighbors and mid winter doldrums right! Got anything else to whip up? This was great thanks so much to you!

    I really like this soap saver, but it is a little small. If I wanted to make it bigger do you know how many stitches I would need to increase the base row by? Is it by groups of 3 stitches?

    • @mooglyblog
      @mooglyblog  2 роки тому

      You just need an even numbe of stitches in Rnd 3. :)
