Great tutorial. We are making these for homeless shelters. Thanks so much
Absolutely loveeeee thisssss I’ve already made a few for my family for Christmas and a couple last minute ones for a couple other family members!!!! You’re the best! Love how you show how to do everything
Thank you
Thank you for the great tutorial. I purchased one of these at a Saturday Market and loved it so much I learned to crochet so I could make them for myself and as gifts. I have made three so far and have about 12 to go. I changed part of the pattern, however. I didn't like the drawstring, so I simply made an attached loop by chaining instead of single crocheting when I was going around the top, then going around the top one more time. Oh--I am left-handed and my mother taught me everything by "mirroring" when I was little so this video was perfect for me!
These are adorable and your so clever with the drawstring too. I'm using these to go into a cotton mesh bag for camping along with some face scrubbies, washcloth and a scrunchie. Purpose is for having to use the campsite showers/bathrooms etc. All cotton pieces. Again, thank you
I love these. I am going to make some for me and friends
This is a fun project!
Hi, All of your Crochet soap Bags are so Beautiful, Beautiful video, thanks for sharing!
Great job...I am going to use all my leftover cotton yarn and do this. Be blessed!
FANTASTIC!!! I love this pattern and having been looking for years for somerhing like this. It is the first tutorial I have seen with the crocher facing the audience. At first I thought she was left handed. will watch again and start making these for gifts to go with my wash cloths and scrubbies. Great Job Sowing this pattern Thank You and what else can we see you making?

What a GREAT IDEA!!! I am going to make one right now! LOVE your idea about those little pieces of soap to put in there....I love ideas like that; that help to not waste things and at the same time make it easy to use them up! So cool!

Love this pattern and your easy instructions. Thank you
Love this, making one or more , clink , thank you for a great video..🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶💕
I like watching your videos. thank you.
Thank you So much! Glad you like them!
Just what I wanted. You explained the pattern so clearly I can hardly wait to make this. Thank you so much.
Hi Sara, thank you for a nice video. You mentioned that your cotton yarn tends to come apart...I learned that if you separate the yarn threads, tie them in a knot, wind them back together then weave them in..the cotton won't come apart...I hope this helps...
That color fits the bag totally!!!
Tank you very much for this nice Video! Greetings from Germany
This is the first tutorial where the camera shots are in front of the work rather than behind the individual. I found it difficult to see and it was awkward for me to watch but I love love love the pattern.
Pat VanNieuwenhuyse yes, this is an older video. We now film in the studio with several cameras.
very cute and use full for scraps
Thank you dear Sara, I love this!!! easy and quick, nice gift!!
Omg 😱 I love 💕 these they kinda reminds me of jars in away. Im going to have to share this video to my friends and try to make one ☝️ thanks 🙏 for sharing the video 🎥 Sarah .

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Sorry but one finger up is not enough. Great great idea!!!!! Thanx you!!
Very cute ! Love your videos!
Could use as sachet bag too
Love it, directions easy to follow
LOVE IT VERY MUCH
What a cute design. Thank you.
Love them!
Adorable
love it, I have a close friend who likes this but wants a tighter stitch, what do you recommend using in lieu of the V stitch to make it tighter? Thanks and I enjoy your fun tutorials
Maybe use hdc in place of dc for the V sts.
could also try so whole thing maybe? hdc sounds good to me! ✌
Love!!
What a cute project. What would you price these at if you sold them??
Tracey Randell I would probably charge about $10.00. Great for carat sales.
Sara Sach
Thank you very much. I forgot to ask if you include the soap at this cost or just the pouch?? I really love your videos. Happy crocheting. I'm making slippers right now.
Thanks for the nice compliment. No, I don't include the soap when I sell them, people have all sorts of skin issues and allergies.
Good point!!, Thanks for your time in answering my questions. They really are nice for Christmas gifts. So easy and quick to make.
Kel Bel agreed lol
On R:5 at the end it says ch 3. I don't believe you do that until you have slip stitched between 1st two dc as at beginning of R:5. Please comment. Thank you for the earlier correction from 2 months ago. I am finally back to this project. Have made several for Operation Christmas Child boxes for Samaritan's Purse.
She checked the blog and said that had already been corrected, You may need to refresh your page.
My cover turn out 3 1/2 X 6 should I go down a hook size or just try crocheting tighter
I would go down a hook size, and measure as I work.
Would this work with DK Cotton yarn? I haven't any worsted weight but I am dying to try this pattern out, it looks so cute!
You can try, but remember it will come smaller.
Do you have any written pattern for the soap sock? UA-cam uses too much of my allotted usable gigs to sit and watch the video quorum directions
Yes, the link for the written pattern is in the notes under the video.
Can I watch this very same pattern with camera different position
Click The link in the notes for updated video.
@@SaraSach I did that but it’s not same pattern ?
It’s same pattern with different yarn and a few corrections.
@@SaraSach ok thanks so much x
I had a hard time mine was lose and keep get big as I when on
Harry Taylor sounds like you were adding Sts when you joined each row, also you can try a smaller hook.
Which thread has to be used ?
not getting thick thread as in your video, it looks like wool, , what you technically call ?

I didn't care for this angle, although I liked the bag.
Yes, This is an older Video, See The 1st comment for the updated Video in Our new Format.
Have you ever thought about the camera angle . You have a very good teaching method but it’s hard to follow the crocheting itself. Maybe if the camera was behind you looking over your shoulder.
Yes, we Now film in the studio with 3 different camera angles. You might try some of my new videos. But if you need more help on this one, the free pattern link is in the notes under the video.

JESUS is coming again SOON! ALLELUIA!
Thank you! 💕
I believe the written instructions for your soap bag do not correspond to your video. The video is correct as far as I can see. Could you check it out and comment, please? Thank you.
The Blog has been corrected, the pattern had not been updated, but has been now. Thanks.
Camera view should be other way. I can’t follow this backwards. Sorry.
Donnie Barton The pattern has been updated, see the comment above yours for the new link.
Sara Sach thank you!
Its so hard to see what your doing 😞😞😞😞😞

It would be easier to follow you if the viewer was viewing it from your perspective (i.e. over your shoulder).
odinofasgard as previously stated, this is an old video, you might like the new videos filmed in the studio with several camera angles.
tried to go to your blog for the written pattern as noted in your link. What a nightmare! so many pop ups I couldn't even look. awful!
Jenifer Acklin all you have to do is click the X and it goes away.
I hit the X on about 30 different pop ups and finally just gave up. they come back every 5 seconds. I couldn't even scroll
Jenifer Acklin that is so odd, as I only have one add that comes up from the bottom. There is an X in the top right corner , if clicked it goes off screen.
Hard to watch this video, your work is up side down.
This Pattern Video has been updated --- See the top comment for the link.
It’s hard to watch how you crochet 🧶👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
