    This is by far, hands down, the most easily understandable and well-thought designed soap sack I have ever found a tutorial for. Anyone who can hold a crochet hook can follow this video and come out feeling like a pro. This tutorial is that amazing. Kudos, dear madam, kudos to you!

      Will do! I also am making more this year for a craft show and I made the bobbles in the shape of a xmas tree. So starting with 5 at the bottom, then one less each row spaced in between the previous bobble and ending with one bobble at the top. @@NinjaBunnyCrochet

    Hello, at row 5 when turning to do sc’s all around, when i get to the bobbles, do i sc juste beside the bobbles or the top of the bobbles. Whatever i do, i don’t get 24 sc’s. Just love this patern. Thank you

    • @NinjaBunnyCrochet
      @NinjaBunnyCrochet  3 роки тому

      Ch 1, sc in same st as the join and sc in each st around, sl st to join. So in other words work sc in each sc and in each bobble around.

    Hey NB! I love your pattern and I am using LB: Just Hemp for the sacks.
    😅 NB, are you aware that you are saying in the beginning of the pattern to: Ch 10. Turn work. Row 1: hdc into SECOND CH FROM HOOK, and hdc into the next 7 chs. If I do it like you SAY it, that means there are 2 chs left NB, not 1. I think you mean to say hdc into the next 8 chs after second from the hook. OR hdc into the THIRD CH FROM HOOK, then hdc into the next 6 chs and triple hdc in the last ch of the row. Your hands aren’t correlating to your audio. I think no one has said anything because they are following your HANDS.
    I can learn many ways, heck I taught my self past scs from books😂, but I tend to LISTEN and repeat what is being said. I am bringing this up now because this video can be used to make these pocketbooks or market bags if scaled up. A BEGINNER LISTENING would be right where I am, with 2 chs left. Though they would be confused, I know it is just a counting error. If you would add text on the video to read: hdc into the next 8 chs AFTER the first hdc, then I think they will understand when they look up and see the text. Confusion gone 😊
    P.S: I’m not screaming in my comment. I use caps to emphasize my points to the OP of the video. It is solely so I am completely clear to the reader, not yelling at you, the OP 🥰🧶

      I'm sorry that you misunderstood the directions. You start 2nd chain from the hook with a hdc, then hdc in the next 7 sts, which is 8 hdc. You will have 1 chain left.

      I have not used that fiber to make soap sacks before. However, my advice would be to make a swatch and see how it feels when wet and how it holds up when washed and dried. If the yarn feels comfortable against the skin when wet and holds up when washed than go for it.

      @@NinjaBunnyCrochet i guess im just a little confused why the crochet is worked backwards (inside of the bag instead of outside) when you make the bobble stitches. if i worked on the outside of the bag with the bobble row, will it effect the pattern any?

    • @NinjaBunnyCrochet
      @NinjaBunnyCrochet  Рік тому

      Bobble stitches are worked from the wrong side of the fabric so the stitch pops out on the right side of the fabric
