Very inspiring and motivating. The place, the questions and answers, the background music everything is so charming and relax giving. Even national channel reporters, interviewers, anchors are rubbish these days. Not missed a second of this 37 minutes video.
Pls talk to the c level and d level employees at lower levels of the govt. They are the ones who engage with the public on a day to day basis. Most of these civil service officers are out of touch with what's happening at the micro level. That's why impractical and sometimes senseless orders are issued from the top level.
I agree with most of ur points but Bureaucrats are well aware about what goes at micro level!
@@akshay_persona lol not at all. One problem is that these Sahebs treat lower employees as slaves. Can't even talk back and inform them of their problems. The rant of the public is faced by lower employees not by these civil servants...

No ego? Really? I observed he addressed Veem as "tu" though Veem addressed him as "aap" and "sir" and though both are mature adults and working professionals (it's not like one is a 8th grader and the other is an officer) . In my opinion this is not correct. I did like the way the interviewee answered questions though - nice thoughtful answers.
