😂In that case, you're one of those who has fallen prey to Jo Dikhta hai, wo bikta hai. There are so many talented officers..just that they are not social media hungry people and are working behind the curtains just like what officers are expected to do.
@@saurabhmahajan4459 Problem is you haven't understood the philosophy behind drafting civil services rules. There's an element of morality and high responsibility when you're a PUBLIC SERVANT on executive side. Good work done by the officers doesn't need to be showcased by themselves and they aren't doing favours by doing such works for that's their job. If at all they want to spread awareness about their work, there are official social media handles which are hardly used as compared to their personal accounts. It's the work of political executive to showcase work done by them as they are the ones to whom public will vote every 5 years and work of executive government is to work behind the curtains and not fall pray to social media cravings. Same are the reasons why advocates aren't allowed to advertise themselves and the good work or any work they have done. (To preserve nobility of profession).
