You cant flip the plate mate, because the Philips head screws will only sink on one side
@@TobIas-or9dj this one (like most of them) was recessed both sides. That’s common to a lot of these set ups to give you more positions.
doesnt it mean bearing have worn if there is play?
No, just needs adjusting. If It's worn it will be noisy when you spin it.
