This actually isn’t Len! This is his voice provider, Asami Shimoda, who voiced both him and Rin. She’s just saying stuff in the voice she used to create his bank.
Len, Kaito and Meiko are the ones that need Synthv ports the most. Or any update at all. Asami Shimoda's Len voice always sounds exceptionally good, I don't know why Crypton insists on trying to frankenstein his voice into sounding "more masculine" when we all agree that his natural voice is much better. If a superior engine just used Asami's natural Len voice, Len could have the potential to even be superior to Rin as a voicebank. Kaito and Meiko have this problem where they sound much clearer and less choppy on v3, but their voicebanks are edited and sound like Kermit and have a weird fuzz. However their v1s sound completely natural and powerful, but they're also...on v1 in addition to just sounding choppy and old.
