This is Asami singing in a higher pitched voice on purpose for rin and the voice to be edited or whatever. This isn't her norm voice. I've heard her normal voice sounds more like human len. But this is what rin would sound like if she were human.

I've been told few programs don't have voice samplers OR the samplers are unknown. Vocaloid is a computer program that does have realistic bases. I sing in an opera chorus, so I know how this stuff works (thanks anyway). But actually, the voice change is caused by jaw manipulation and not your throat, but changing your jaw obstructs natural air flow, which causes the choking.
