so I googled about it and it's true that they're not confirmed as twins or siblings and apparently Len is Rin's mirror image, and was created as a sort of 'extra'. But when Crypton first pushing Miku into the US, around the time of the Toyota commercials and the first Miku concert in LA, that they called Rin and Len twins when promoting them in the US, But in japan they arent.

Back in my early days of Vocaloid obsession, I used to be obsessed with Len/Miku (still love them till this very day) and people thought I was crazy. 😅 There were so many fans of Miku/Kaito and Rin/Len then that I felt alone at times. I always thought Len and Miku look good together and heard so many covers of them to the point that I became obsessed. I even used to upload videos of them too until I grew up and got too busy for it. (I also used to be really immature and getting into fights with other fans of the pairings just because I don’t like the pairing. God, why was I like that?)
I'm one of those people who just will never ship Rin and Len because I see them as siblings. My favourite ship Is MEIKO X KAITO and they are simply perfect together. I just don't know who I prefer to see Miku with. Sometimes I like her with Rin then sometimes Luka and sometimes I won't ship her at all.
My favourite ship will always stay Miku x Rin. I think there’s a different with the Rin x Len one: the one where it obviously is a ship, and the ones where it just looks like brother and sister. (Which they technically are) Often people just kinda mix it up, which I find a bit weird.

HELP MY FAVORITE COMMENT IN THIS SECTION 😭😭
My fav ship is mikuluka, Magnet is a really special song for me and also one of my Favs vocaloid songs. (I also ship meiko x kaito, i see them as “responsible mom pal x Uncool(but trying to be cool) ice cream bro)
Also, here some headcanons i love:
(Also a reminder that vocaloids doesn’t have canon ages, personality and even look sometimes. It all up for our imagination so we could be creative. In some songs the characters are high school students while in other they are adults with relationships and stuff)
(I headcanon miku as an adult around 18 and That Luka is around 20, rin and len are 17.5 yr and kaito and meiko is in their 20’s)
-kaito is like a big brother for miku, and always looking after her. She’s really appreciates he’s caring about her, but gets really annoyed when he gone’s too far and ask her a million Questions.
-Rin and Len are those two siblings that can’t stand each other, and fighting some of the time and even being Chotic together. Sometimes they just gets on miku’s nerves and she just scream at them to “Shut the hell up”. But sometimes they do care about each other.
- Meiko and Luka are like those two mom friends who sometimes hang out together. They usually go to bars and Cafes. They both have the more mature personality out of the gang.
-Kaito and Len are those two awkward friends who sometimes hang out together but it always super awkward but they still pretending that everything’s fine and keep doing this. (I imagine them like gumball and hotdog guy from “the amazing world of gumball”).
-and Miku and Luka are both gfs and pretty chill. They dated for a while and in the beginning they been pretty nervous about their relationship but got pretty comfortable around each other with time. Luka is more the calm one and Miku is more noisy and expressive. They both love to eat Negitoro together. Sometimes they go on a double dates with meiko and kaito.
So this are my ships and headcanons, i made them only for fun and because I enjoy vocaloid, it’s ok if you might disagree but remember those only singing robots in boxes.
Also vocaloid is cool. Tbh.

- i dont hate Rin x Len :P i dont exactly see them as 'twins' or 'lovers'. i kinda see them as soul mates?? it doesnt have to be specifically romantic or platonic or anything. i just kinda see them as ONE soul split into two bodies. some songs they're twins and others the're lovers, and others they're just friends. Heck, id be fine seeing them as a parent and their child. They just have to be close.
- Miku x Len is kinda cute?? in a childish way that is. I definitely see it as Len pining after miku, and miku being all "ew boys!" but slowly warming up over the years. its cute

so I googled about it and it's true that they're not confirmed as twins or siblings and apparently Len is Rin's mirror image, and was created as a sort of 'extra'. But when Crypton first pushing Miku into the US, around the time of the Toyota commercials and the first Miku concert in LA, that they called Rin and Len twins when promoting them in the US, But in japan they arent.

Back in my early days of Vocaloid obsession, I used to be obsessed with Len/Miku (still love them till this very day) and people thought I was crazy. 😅
There were so many fans of Miku/Kaito and Rin/Len then that I felt alone at times.
I always thought Len and Miku look good together and heard so many covers of them to the point that I became obsessed. I even used to upload videos of them too until I grew up and got too busy for it.
(I also used to be really immature and getting into fights with other fans of the pairings just because I don’t like the pairing. God, why was I like that?)

I'm one of those people who just will never ship Rin and Len because I see them as siblings. My favourite ship Is MEIKO X KAITO and they are simply perfect together. I just don't know who I prefer to see Miku with. Sometimes I like her with Rin then sometimes Luka and sometimes I won't ship her at all.

I think there’s a different with the Rin x Len one: the one where it obviously is a ship, and the ones where it just looks like brother and sister. (Which they technically are) Often people just kinda mix it up, which I find a bit weird.
Rin and Len are not brother and sister. They are reflections. The creators of Len and Rin left their relation open so that the creators of songs could make different songs with them.
Maybe they are like soul mates.
