- A very requested one, this is a humble premiere in doing tutorials, hope you like it.
Part II : • Sliced Gold | Cinema 4...
Part III : • Sliced Gold | Cinema 4...
song : Lullaby - Yung Logos
For those having trouble with wiggling slices, try to enable: Dynamics body tag -> Collision -> Use[check] Margin 0cm. That solved it for me on R19.
help, the slice didn’t fall into the plane like at 2:40, it just stuck in another slice
@@RidaIsakova me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how to solve it
Thanks!
Thanks!
Life saver thank you!
At 2:41, the slice didn't fall out so I went to the slice's dynamics > Collision tab > set friction to 0% :D
thanks so much!
wow,thanks
awesome, thank you
Thanks!!!
thank u very much
Nobody:
My brain: EAT IT EAT THOSE RIGHT NOW
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
MY BRAIN WAS THINLING THE SAME. IT'S LIKE A JELLY THAT YOU JUST WANNA CHEW SO MUCH
YEAH LOL
lol my brain just enjoyed watching it with those beautiful reflections lmao
I saw this on your instagram a while back saved it and looked back at numerous of times for the past few months. Then this was in my recommend on this blessed day.
I think some important steps are not mentioned on this tutorial. For example, shell margin (collision tab) must be "0" and -shell object must be open from the back side too otherwise pusher object does not work. Great tutorial btw, good job. I really like the idea using boole operator for masking objects.
Thanks!
@@xD3NN15x Your welcome. I got the same result with this little tricky steps.
thankyou very much!
thank you so much. couldn't figure why the damn thing kept stuck in the shell
oh gosh... really thank you so much! :-O!!!
No matter how many subscribers you have or will have. Just continue puting tutorials. You're a genius!
Dude, the simplicity of your tutorial amaze me... you rock
I love this tutorial. The music in the background goes well and isn't annoying. You get straight to the point and are able have us follow through the steps without making a 50 minute video. Also, I'm glad you don't go through every detail (specific coordinates, numbers, etc) because it lets us use our own imagination. Thank you so much for this. I hope you continue to make more.
Awesome, I'll definitely keep an eye on these tutorials... I'm debating whether I'm ready to delve into another program, but your work is so awesome it's tempting!
Well I just learned a new word (delve) XD
Awesome to see you making tutorials now. Really fun to watch, great pacing.
Lowering the Friction % of the cube object (Dynamics Body -> Friction) really impacts how slippery the slices are when they collide with the plane. :)
Love this kinda of tutorial. Turn on some lofi hiphop, make some coffee, get some snack and Play in C4D with this tutorial. How chill the work should be. Thank you sir for the great Tutorial.
Oh my Gosh that's so awesome! I've been secretly wanting something like this. Now I have an excuse to open up blender!
Honestly, you deserve more subscribers.
Just discovered one of the best C4D channel! Subscribed
First step is to buy Cinema 4D
it sure helps to have C4D (any version) to follow a C4D tut. Also you can do it all with Blender if you want :D nothing groundbreaking, just wanted to share my process for this loop.
@@RogerKilimanjaro yes, I used blender.
crack :)
If you're still a student you can sign up for an educational license. I'm a design student and they approved my license for 18 months free of charge.

Simple yet so effective! Amazing work
*Me : Maybe i can do it too*
*Also me : quit the video*
1st) thank you very much!
2nd) play the video 1.75x speed and you get some solid drum and bass :)
I'm just coming from 2D to 3D and I can't believe I haven't thought of using a Boolean as a mask.
Thank you so much!
when will you post 2nd tutorial..?
I learnt so much! Thank you! I tried replicating this scene a while ago somehow. I thought you were masking the two shapes in after effects somehow. But this is genius! So simple. Keep these coming.
Subscribed! this is one of the best c4d tutorials I've seen so far! please keep making more!
Thank you Cinema 4d guru. I am learning because of you. Worth following all these projects.
I really want to thank you for that great chance to teach people such beautiful skills.
Thanks for sharing you process. Please, please upload the next parts soon! Cant wait to learn more! Have always been a big fan of your work!!
If you get slices everywhere standing up, instead of all of them on top of each other, then you need to select the 'cloner' > object > mode > linear! (I think haha)
Thanks!!!
ive been watching you post these on insta! so cool to see how they where made
eyes: I get it !
brain: I get it too !
hands: NO, u didn't!
You will become a youtube millionaire if you do more of these! Great tut, please keep em coming!
Thank you for Tutorial. 😍
Can't wait to see more tuts. Haven't touched C4D, but this video really motivated me to 😬
Awesome tutorial. I liked the way you did everything and waiting for part-2 and part-3, please launch it soon.
Very nice and simple! Hope to see the part 2 soon! Great Work man!
You know it's going to be a good 2019 when Roger goes from Instagram to making UA-cam tutorials, truly one of the greatest Redshift and simulation artists on the market right now! I have to ask a burning question though, how soon is soon? 😂
thank you for the kind words! Haha, soon enough I hope!
thank you roger!, i really apreciate the time you take to make this amazing tutorial, i'm excited for part 2!
Cool stuff bro, awesome content!
Greetings from Brazil!
You delivered on your promise! Nice tutorial!! Thanks...
glad you like it! cheers.
This outshines the fake "oddly satisfying" vids we see too much of
awesome, nice to see the magic behind the scenes 🙌
if you still give more tutorials you must be the one youtuber giving cinema4d . please keep going .
OMG, i saw this yesterday on Instagram and loved it. Thx for sharing your work and make a tutorial.
Your work has really made me want to get into 3d modeling. One thing, do you work in animation or had anyone contact you about your skill? It's incredible how much you can do with this program, and I could definitely see you getting very far with your work! Can't wait to see more tutorials!
Epic! can't wait for part II & III :)
The animation is SOO GRAND!
Amazing tutorial. Simple, on point and clear. Waiting for the other two parts. Make more tutorials btw. Regards
@Roger Kilimanjaro First of all, I'd like to say thank you very much to because in 8 minute of this tutorial gives me a lot of input, such as boolean as mask tool (this is brilliant!). And increase the step make it smooth also a new thing for me. May God bless you. Anyway Roger, I already subscribed and belled your channel. Look forward for the next tutorial. Thank you once again.
OMG! Very polished tutorial. I think this tutorial is three parts sliced gold too... :3 Subscribed. Thanks!
So satisfying to watch! Nice tutorial 👍
You are a magician ma dude
@@BoiVinci what solution do you need sir?
It's beautiful and fascinating, but there's no way that this is a tutorial.😁 It's a demonstration.
A tutorial would assume viewers had minimal knowledge of the creative process and the operation of the software, and explain every step, every reason for making every step, give details of what and why certain things were necessary and others weren't and ... well, you know what I mean.
Or perhaps you don't. After all, this Comment doesn't make itself very clear and assumes rather too much...
Whatever. I didn't have a clue what was going on in this video, but I watched it twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think.
It's a bit like listening to a Frank Zappa guitar solo. I can't work out what he's doing, but I like it... 🤭
Really wish there was a game where you get to play around with weird materials like this
real life...
Amazing tutorial please keep making them. Your work is really an inspiration sir. Thanks
Subed you are a legend! Beautiful work can't wait to see the next video!
This makes me want to go back to 3d modeling as a hobby
Please make more tutorial, or tip and tricks! Your work are simply awesome! Jeep going 💪
Loved your tutorial, eagerly waiting for new ones )
I'm having problem after applying cloner and animating it my cube starts to spread all over the screen ?
me too :'(
Release part 2 please!
Man I love your work!
Seen this vid quite a bit. Thanks for the breakdown of what you did!
I'll give this a try when I wake up 💯
Narrator: "Little did he know that he'd never wake up".
I animated it and it didn't want to drop. It was slowly dropping like a constipated poo
i got the same problem...
@@juanocybe make the outer shell a little bigger. The position could be a problem and hence its not flowing smooth
@lil Depression
You're lucky doing golden poo, and will be confortable the rest of your life !!!
Try setting the friction of the cube to 0% in the dynamics body, collision section, this works for me though
@@beverlyclara8986 Thanks!
nice. i love your videos
I'm so looking forward to this! Thanks!
cant wait to see the render part
Soo Sweeet, love this tutorial thank you for sharing your knowledge

I was so close to finishing this project but then I ran into a problem where the slices would fall out and then go in all random directions and morph it's shape could you please give me a suggestion to fix this?
If you keep making tutorials I'll probably subscribe to you, because your work is amazing!

Maan! It's amazing...we are waiting for second tuitorial❤️🔥💯💯
Awesome work, please upload the second part!
Which "bounce" & "friction" setting are u using on the Plane?
the standard setting are way more "slippery" as yours...
Thanks :-)
Try it on cube 20% friction
I'm wondering what machine did you use for C4D,I've got threadripper 2990wx and duel RTX 2080 Ti ,64 GB RAM,why my dynamic simulating still take so long
The Cubes are stuck in the shells, Can you help out they are not falling down
Amazing tut.. İ Just subscribed to your channel but I don't see much of this kind of tutorials I hope you've got more coming soon.. Thanks 🎈

I love this video. won't you upload another more c4d tuto from now on? This tutorial seems really easy to follow for me but also beginners. If You do so, a lot of people will learn c4d easily by watching your tutos.
sorry for terrible grammar because I'm Korean
Thanks for tutorial!! But i have some questions, Why I use my clone and I let the pusher push, all of cube drop out and blend together, it's not physically fall off and lay on eachother in clip? PLease help me, thank you so much.
Your work is great! Please make more tutorials!
What software is this being done on? I really want to know.
