So sorry I just saw this. I don't understand what you mean by come in person though? For ECCTIS, you need your transcript, certificate and proof of language you will these from your school. Are you able to send me a message on IG?

Tier 2 or skilled worker visa is the type of visa you will need to be able to work in the UK. To apply for the visa, your job offer needs to be in the shortage occupation list and the company must be a licensed sponsor. I hope this helps.
