My question is, is the salary for a Care Assistant enough to pay for accommodation and other expenses like transport on a daily basis , food and basics for someone coming from Zimbabwe, also considering the fact that tax money will be deducted from my salary as well? I hear rent is expensive in the UK. It would also not make sense to come when the salary isn't enough to live on when all I do is pay expenses leaving me with nothing. Also for somebody with a drivers licence doesn't the company offer you a company car to do the job?

Your work visa is tied to your employment. If you want to change jobs you'd need the new employer to sponsor your new visa, as resigning invalidates your visa and right to work in the UK. Can you school? Yes but you MUST work full time that would make schooling full time nearly impossible except you'd do a part time program.

This is a very big issue I think and my IELTS will expire by June. A friend said same thing from Nigeria that they don't take from offshore.
