You should cover what to do when someone overtighten the old filter and it doesn't want to come off and you should always write the milage and date on the new filter with a paint marker
I took my 2003 into a Walmart auto service..I bought the oil and filter...I bought 2 five quart bottles and a mobil one 20k miles oil filter...first was they pump the old oil out from the top ..second I heard a sound when it was idling..second I looked at the bottle I was taking home ..it had a quart more missing that it should have..I talked to the manager and then he talked to the service guy...I looked at the oil stick and I never seen it so high ..the service guy said he put oil in the filter and SEVEN quarts in the engine..the service guy said he was a expert..I told him if he doest take some oil out I'm going to find the manager of Walmart and call the police ...the two service guys talked to me like a dog with 4 letter words and literally threatened me with physical violence...I'm 6' 5" and 257 pounds...they manager told them to pump at least one quart out and they did but still talked to me like a dog
