The auto/manual Pro-tech you were describing is called the Atac.

I just really like this knife (all but the clip location). I hope I can get this version or future CF. Thanks for the share/review.

I just picked up what seems like the last G10 inlay version of this Terzuola on the planet and it was the same price: $480. The CF was, I believe the same price as well...they're staying strong on the price

Love the look of this one I just don’t prefer out the side autos. Don’t like fighting the spring tension on the close. Otherwise looks like an outstanding piece. Really liking what Protech is up to these last couple years. Still might try a runt at some point just for something fun.

Jake, if I understood what you were saying about a hybrid manual/automatic, I think Heretic makes a dual action Pariah liner lock/automatic. This Protech looks sweet! I just picked up the carbon fiber version that they released from blade show.

You were describing a dual action folder, one which can be opened automatically or manually. Check out the Matt Diskin Fire design. It’s a hidden operation dual action. Jim Skelton did a great review of it… The Pro Tech is really nice, great review..

As many have said, this blade screams class and good looks! I prefer deep carry, but wouldn’t mind this one “peeking” out the pocket just a bit. Show it off

I like this more than the typical side auto or even Bob T design but that price is a bit steep

I despise aluminum but that knife could make me make a exception.

It's like I want one of these, but I feel like it's about $80-$100 overpriced and I just can't.

I saw one the other day. (Not for sale) someone posted one though. They look sick, I'm trying to get a drop date on them

@@Adamas11 hey got some more info.
The Carbon Fiber ones were released exclusively for the Facebook Protech Group. There making another batch right now and sending them to dealers.
