Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

@@Proparkourgamer No ways, he can't pass on it for that reason. I think he will get one. Bolide is a track only car mate, Tourbillion can be taken out like he uses his Hermes Chiron. He may have to sell a few cars to come up with the cash but I'm sure he is getting one.

Thanks for sharing Manny! I appreciate that you aren’t just being flashy but you provide context and meaning behind the material possessions. I hope to one day reach even a fraction of your success. Not sure how but @3:09, I also have a vision board. That was really cool that you showed that and it means a lot that if someone like you takes that stuff seriously (Drawing out your dreams) then others should too. Now a question I have is, did you draw your dream home everyday over and over or did you draw what you want once and then look at it several times a day? (I’m reading the power of the subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy.) For me it is an essential in the morning. It’s fantastic to see someone in real life modern times actually talking about subconscious mind and goals.
By the way, that green jacket you wore in one of your interviews (the homeless to 250 million one) would be an essential for me :) I used to see a nice green jacket in Hudson’s bay but it was way too expensive. Your jacket reminded me of that time lol. I wish you continued success and hope to learn as much as I can from you.
I guess one of my essentials would be my Tidal subscription and sony earbuds. It is great to listen to my favourite songs when I commute somewhere or are doing chores.
And my sleep mask. Always sleep with one of those lol. I find I sleep better with it on. A good sleep mask feels comfortable on your eyes and blocks out all light.

Hi Manny love your videos had been a fan of yours for the last two years. My essential would be my phone it has the phones of my family and phone numbers of my friends. All though i have them on backup. Next, would be my Sunglasses i like my sunglasses, then it would be my fancy belts and matching wallets.
