I have loyally watched a couple UA-cam channels that I have enjoyed; but, they abruptly stopped. Life happens for sure, but unless you both were abducted by aliens it seems a bit thoughtless to not say "goodbye, we are heading off to other pastures." It's been months since a video, one starts getting a little worried, as they've been producing them for years now! Having the $$ from UA-cam can't hurt either, but generally with no word as to why the video's stopped, can worry those of us that have been watching them since the beginning!

For those folks that don't have David & Roe on Facebook, I. thought I'd pass on that they've decided to settle down in the Pacific Northwest, and not travel as we've seen in the past with them! It sounds like perhaps they have bought a home near 'family', and want to pursue the life of home ownership, so perhaps it's like many, where Covid has channelled many to have a home location, rather than moving as much as they did. Unsure...but having also watched friends of theirs quit the 'full timing', perhaps it had them thinking of a more permanent solution as well. Nonetheless, those that have Facebook can pop over and read what they had to say!
We transport our two Lectric bikes on a specially built bike rack designed for trailers. We're wondering if Lectric has a cover to protect the bikes from the weather?
How is the volume on these? Also, you mentioned it's not good off-road, but do you think it would be able to handle big inclines on paved roads? Love your vids!!
I have a fat tire ebike as well and I get what he's saying about it being "less nimble" off-road, but I find it's much more stable as well. I have ridden mine several hundred miles now and it's hard to go back to a "normal" width tire on a bike, it just feels a lot less surefooted. This should have plenty of power for pretty much any hill you'll encounter. It's different than a lot of ebikes in that you'll actually need to shift into the lower gears when climbing as if you were riding a normal bike, but that helps the motor to be able to get up steeper hills than a hub-drive bike often can.
This bike has plenty of power for inclines on paved roads. Pavement is what this bike was meant for and it truly is capable of replacing a car as your main commuter vehicle if you live close enough to your job. There is no better bike for pavement commuting than the XPremium.

Heck yeah! We loved our 1.0 bikes, it's pretty incredible how much these bikes have improved over the years though. Lectric has really stepped up their game.

Just received my XP 2.0 with the cargo package and the saddlebags but have not taken it out for a test ride, it’s been raining. I am definitely going to stop by Lectric next time I’m in the Phoenix area. Didn’t see you riding that new bike , but I can tell you right from the get go it’s not for me. I like everything about it except for portability and not being lightweight. I’m always on the go so the easier it is to fold up and light weight the better. The only thing I would like is to have more battery life to ride further between charges. I personally don’t need speed, at my age it’s more pleasurable to take it slow and enjoy the ride and suck up all the views. More battery life!!

My wife and I have the Pedegos. We love them. But we aren't full timers and we have a bike rack. I know y'all need to fold your bikes. I'm not sure if pedego makes a folding bike. We went with the Pedegos cause the seat is set back from the pedals. I have knee issues and, at the time we bought them, couldn't do a full emotion on the bike with my knee. Since then my knee has gotten better and we may look at different bike in the future. But we do love our Pedegos.

Not surprised. When Roe went back to work full time it was obvious that she was done with the RV life style. Looked like David was trying to prolong a lifestyle that she was no longer interested in. Going back to the same areas Year after Year can get boring.

Sadly we don't have these bikes anymore but I can answer any questions you have about them. I can tell you that, in my opinion, the best bike for off road is the XP 2.0 because it has front suspension and is smaller than the XPremium. The XP Lite is more nimble and the thinner tires don't get hung up on rocks as much as the XP 2.0 but it's lack of suspension is a bit glaring off road. And the XPremium is just too big and bulky for off road in my opinion despite having better front suspension travel than the XP 2.0
She talks about that in a previous video. Roe is her middle name and the name she always went by. She decided to continue that in their videos. I think in the video she said this was the only platform she didn't go by Roe, up until she changed that, around a year ago.

My wife and I have the Pedegos. We love them. But we aren't full timers and we have a bike rack. I know y'all need to fold your bikes. I'm not sure if pedego makes a folding bike. We went with the Pedegos cause the seat is set back from the pedals. I have knee issues and, at the time we bought them, couldn't do a full emotion on the bike with my knee. Since then my knee has gotten better and we may look at different bike in the future. But we do love our Pedegos.

Not surprised. When Roe went back to work full time it was obvious that she was done with the RV life style. Looked like David was trying to prolong a lifestyle that she was no longer interested in. Going back to the same areas Year after Year can get boring.

Can you do an off road review comparing the different bikes?
Sadly we don't have these bikes anymore but I can answer any questions you have about them. I can tell you that, in my opinion, the best bike for off road is the XP 2.0 because it has front suspension and is smaller than the XPremium. The XP Lite is more nimble and the thinner tires don't get hung up on rocks as much as the XP 2.0 but it's lack of suspension is a bit glaring off road. And the XPremium is just too big and bulky for off road in my opinion despite having better front suspension travel than the XP 2.0

She talks about that in a previous video. Roe is her middle name and the name she always went by. She decided to continue that in their videos. I think in the video she said this was the only platform she didn't go by Roe, up until she changed that, around a year ago.

We miss them too. I believe they needed to take a break for a while. Inflation is taking a toll on full timers. I suspect they are hunkered down in one of their favorite places possibly with relatives, working regular jobs to build up savings or take care of some big expenses.
