Love this, one of my favourite riffs and tone is Jim on Surprise Your Dead , to me he was an early precursor to my love for Mastadon 🤟🏽

@@LetsPlayAll The missing ingredient is either a Vox AC30 or Fender combo. I bought a Blackstar HT 40 Mark 2 last year and whilst being a great amp, it’s cleans could be better and the drive channels have a bit too much gain for my liking!
@@GracesGarden80 I had a Blackstar when i first started getting back into guitar and they're decent amps for the money but I know what you mean!

The EHX B9 is great fun. I like playing different grunge riffs with different organs :-D Then of course it's spot on some occasions, like it is in this FNM intro

Fair enough but it would be easier for some players if you then played the entire part at the end so you can get a better feel for how it sounds put together.
At some point i'll put some more covers together, my intention waa always to showcase the entire song that way, as a compliement to the guitar lessons
