Would you rub oil on your forehead rather than take a paracetamol for a headache. There you go, have an even better day. (We smoke, drink, stress out, binge lard, dope on narcotics and then ask the doctor about medical side effects😂)
I don’t know if it is just a placebo effect, but I know I sure feel a lot better when I take it, I have such severe menstrual cramps that I can hardly stand up when I don’t take it, but when I do take it, my pain is a lot more manageable, and I am a lot less irritable before and during, and my cycle is sometimes unpredictable, due to PCOS, but even when it catches me off guard and I look back, I realize that I handled things better while on the primrose oil. So no, that is not scientific fact, but as a woman, I feel in my opinion, that it works well for me.
1 pill for menopause actually helps us who our bodies aren't making enough estrogen. Doctors will prescribe blockers that harm children but won't help prescribe this important treatment for women it would help. We have stupid doctors.
I had a Indian Gynecologist that traumatized me. He tried to tell me that I wasn’t having pain but instead said I needed to shave my vagina bald and prescribed me medicated douche from summer’s Eve. Said I was dirty and that’s why I was having pain. He made me suffer for a year before I told him I would kill myself if he didn’t do the laparoscopy. He finally did the procedure and I had a chocolate cyst on my ovary and I had stage 4 Endometriosis. I was finally able to get pregnant after the procedure. We lived in Ohio in the farmland, it was too far to drive to the next town for a different doctor. I mentioned to him how much evening primrose helped my acne and would help my flow be less heavy and he mocked me but said go ahead and take it if you think it’s helping. 😢 We moved to another state and I finally had a female gynecologist and she discovered I was actually allergic to sperm and said I’ve never had yeast infections it was actually from food intolerances and sperm. I’m lactose intolerant and glucose intolerant so sugars affect my metabolism and Endometriosis condition. Now I know finally that a intermittent fasting and keto diet are what I need to metabolize sugars. I can tolerate my husbands precum now because of my diet changes and we use condoms or pull out method. I have two daughters and have never got pregnant from the pull out method. 😂
what? do you live in an area full of only gaslighting, quack doctors? none of this sounds scientific, the keto diet especially is very very unhealthy, is dangerous long term and has little benefit outside of treating seizures. and allergic to sperm…? I mean there are humans who are allergic to their own bodies so it’s not that I don’t think that’s possible but I highly doubt that’s what’s actually bothering you. please, for your own sake, look elsewhere 😭
Oh my what an awful first doctor! I’m so sorry you should report him to ethic board ASAP zero bedside manners and something that should never say to a patient!
Ironically, I just read that people with epilepsy should avoid all parts of the evening primrose plant bc of the compounds it contains. I thought that's where he was going with that lol. I haven't looked into that claim any further though, and they didn't say which compounds were a problem.
Dr. Sevellaraja. Please incorporate natural healing methods into your practice. My holistic doctor, recommend EPO. I just started on 9/12/23. It was prescribed, regarding a small ovarian cyst. Thanks for sharing.
You keep saying limited scientific evidence which is fair enough. But it has to come a point where you say “ok we need more research but the anecdotal evidence of thousands of comments on YT of people saying they experienced these positive effects is encouraging “
I take this EPO for a week now along with other supplements (vit D3 ang magnesium glycinate). I got terrible stomach pain and loose bowel. I can not identify the cause until I take this alone for a day. Voila! This is the culprit.
The problem sometimes is the capsule not the oil. My daughter too get stomach upset and gastric problem when I give vit d capsule. Then a doctor discussed about the the capsule a plastic. I switched to liquid d3 form.
No they don't prescribe it cause they can't money money out of people am going to make a video on it . Ladies don't listen to this video do your own research and be clever this is a way of making money

Not a placebo effect, EVPO is an absolute hidden gem that no MD want to prescribe because it’s not from big pharma. It’s all natural and works wonders

No need to prescribe it, just buy it, try it and see if it helps acne etc. It can't hurt and just may help.
Worked for PMS fir me 40 years ago; why not for post menopause now?! Gonna try it

My gynecologist "prescribes" EPO 1000mg along with vitamin-e 600mg once daily. Both of which are available OTC.
Do you have any condition like pcod ? Or do you take these supplements just to get those extra nutrients. ?
@vaishnavikhare8596 no I don't have any of those conditions my Dr. thought I could have endometriosis but that has since been ruled out
thanks @@spiralout89 !
@spiralout89 pls what re the symptoms of endometriosis?and what is the cure?
Very informative video. But could you perhaps add a flash warning for 2:26 for people who might be sensitive?

Evening Primrose Oil has omega 6, I thought omega 6 can cause inflammatory?
It definitely helps with period pain
As for me, it was my gyne who prescribe it for my breast lump.
Same. It's great for fibrocystic breasts.
Can we use it for breast growth?
Please how long did you take the EPO?
Could be placebo effect, but I feel like introduced my pms symptoms enough to keep taking it.
The only gynea doctor that doesn't prescribe it..u need to be a woman to know how it actually works well

yes
My obgyn told me to take it and also vitamin E.
Gynecologist does prescribe it.
It is not true. We as gynaecologist prescribe it
Poor excuses for not prescribing it.
Agreed same with heart doctors not prescribing CoQ10 😢
If they were genuinely concerned about risk, they wouldn't prescribe pharmaceuticals!!!
@@cynthiacollins2668 surely you must have some inclination of the dangers of actual pharmaceutical drugs.
Helpful thanks x
Yesterday gynologi doctor prescribed my wife
But will EPO causes fibroids grow up?
We don't know the answer. Probably not
Um because you can buy it over the counter 😂
Follow the money

Doctors have done more research for 17/18 years with their intense hardwork…so we should trust them ..
