I think you have the wrong idea about this video. This video is about roadtripping, not prepping. But since you’re wondering, we’re sufficiently prepared for a “catastrophic event”. 😁
Yeah probably going to get a donut for it but haven’t really ever needed a spare. We just usually plug it and keep going and we’ve only done that twice ever.
Honestly pretty sweet set up and looks like it makes things much more convenient. Would i trust rivian even remotely no. The cars are remarkably bad for the price and rivian likely wont exist in 10 years as they are just a bad tesla copy.
Thanks we love it! I think it would be very unlikely they won’t be around. Totally different approach to an EV than Tesla (other than they’re both electric cars) Just saying, don’t knock it until you try it 😀
Man y’all wouldn’t survive any major catastrophic event operating like that

Travel tip #1, don't buy an EV.
It’s actually not that bad. We’ve really enjoyed it so far!
No spare tire?

Where are you going to get that fixed when they go bankrupt??
Honestly, It’s pretty unlikely they will. Go check out recent news. But if they ever did and no one else bought them, we get a new car and move on. 😀

22 miles later: 1st charge. EVs are stupid and wasteful.
More like 300 miles but yeah, definitely pros and cons. For sure still have our diesel truck to pull our 5th wheel. 😉
Ah the trunk is the perfect place for noisy children on a road trip. yeah every 22 miles gotta recharge---lmao
😂 Right? Perfect place!
Yeah, 22 miles… good one 🙄🤣
