I was making two dishes at once, and not being a good cook, I was like a chicken without a head and didn’t expect much. I also didn’t have the vegetables she used and can’t eat egg noodles, so there were a lot of substitutions, but to my utter amazement, it was fabulous. The sauce is the bomb as simple as it is. Seonkyoung is entertaining, but she’s also a serious cook. Thanks, SL, for an awesome meal!
