I understand what this list was going for but by far one of the worst humans who ever existed was Albert Fish. I even hate saying his name and a simple Google search will terrify you but the short story is he kidnapped children, tortured them, ate them, and then would send letters to their family telling about what they tasted like and how he tortured them. Absolutely terrifying

I know someone who survived the Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot. Kilong is an amazingly positive person in spite of the horrors he endured.
And I always stand up for Vlad Tepes because he wasn’t needlessly cruel. In the former territory of Wallachia, he's considered a hero. He did what he did in an early display of psychological warfare, and because he knew the ways of the Turks, he used them against them.

As several others have mentioned, US rulers were conspicuously absent. So if you do make a video about them, I've compiled some ideas below. These were more than one-off assassinations of unfriendly foreigners. Each of these resulted in mass casualties:
    - American Civil War
    - Genocide of indigenous Americans
    - Unnecessarily atom-bombed Japan, simply to showoff one's nuclear superiority
    - Devastated Vietnam
    - Attacked Iraq using false pretenses
    - Ate hamburgers and fried chicken while half a million Americans died in a pandemic.

He was the illegitimate child of Mircea, and, therefore, would not have had the right to the family name and would not be the rightful heir to the throne. The rightful heir was the only legitimate child of Mircea, Mihail. All of that, of course, is irrelevant because that was his father, not Vlad the Impaler himself, whose real name was Vlad Țepeș. BTW, "dragon" would have likely been interchangeable with "serpent". After all, a dragon looks like a big snake with legs. The serpent is a symbol of Satan/the Devil because of the reference to the snake in the Garden of Eden who talked Eve into eating the apple.

Mengele did a lot of the horrors of the Nazi “medical experiments” with his own hands. And while I’m not saying the others were good people, because they most assuredly weren’t, it takes a truly evil person to do those atrocities themselves.

Why did you include Vlad - Dracula? He was blackmouthed by the German silver miners in his country and Stoker picked up on it. Impaling was a commonplace punishment for centuries and he, (and his brother) as a pince held to ransom and educated and brought up in the Ottoman's court was very familiar with such punishment. After all, "Dracula" means dragon - a member of the Order of the Dragon, defending Christianity against the Ottomans which he did all his life.

Not really this level, but it's shameful that Stalin didn't make a list while he was worse than Hitler, Pol Pot also was worse than Hitler because they were personally responsible for most atrocities that happened during their reign and Adolf was mostly just a pawn, most of Nazi atrocities were commited by Rudolf Hess and Josef Goebels, he wasn't even aware of a lot of them, while Stalin caused famine in Ukraine so severe, people were cannibalising others, even children, just to survive, also he made people live fear in their own home and still, to this day there are people that believe he was a hero even with clear signs that he was a monster, Putin isn't even close to him, he attacked 2 countries at best, Stalin destroyed economy of ten at least, all ex soviet colonies turn out to have high poverty for next 20-30 years, some even to this day can't turn their economy around, because of Soviets and Stalin countries like Georgia and Ukraine can't find peace to this day because Russia still claim them as their own territory, if it wasn't for Stalin, Putin wouldn't have imperialistic ambitions
