Hello, I've just installed a new SUN-8K version. It is working well, but the main screen does not show the 4 round KW dials with the "ON" in the middle. How can I get to that screen, please? And If I touch the ESC button below, it flashes that screen on but only for fraction of second. What am doing wrong? My system is OFF grid only.

That is a strange one.
When you touch the screen, by default it should show the 4 elements.
Try a total restart.
