We are using screen printed method & use special paint to print on S/S sheets. So, we need to heat before etching the plate. We use Hydrochloric acid (hcl) & Hydrogen peroxide (h2o2 )

( You have to mix with water. water 3 part /Hcl 1 part /H2O2 3/4 part (Three-quarters).First you have to add water into the bath after that hcl and mix it little time. You can see react and S/S plate cleaning and bright. after that you have to add h2o2. You can see quickly starting to etching. You must control the bath. because, it will be hot little by little.
Sir if we make 1 liter solution, then how much chemical , use in 1 liter solution , for example 1000 ml solution, then what ratio chemical , I mean how much quantity in 1 liter solution

I think that you are in India. So, I do not know the price in India. Sorry for that. If you need to shine the S/S plate and you need to polish it after etching.

Try to do 2 or 3 test pieces. You can understand the time.

You have to mix with water. water 3 part /Hcl 1 part /H2O2 3/4 part (Three-quarters). You can fill fiber colours or Auto paint colours
