I used to watch a show where someone would pick up free furniture and redo it and put it back on the person's lawn. The reaction of the people was so much fun.
I love the green. It feels like a deep forest filled with ferns. The top turned out beautiful. The colors you chose are a perfect complement to the green base. I see no frogs here! I’ve never seen a paint pour with watered down paint. The results are lovely. I’ve done a few (much smaller!) pours with acrylic paint and floetrol. It’s a very different effect. I need to try your technique! It looks like a lot of fun!🌸
Thanks Deborah! Yes, I will think about trying Floetrol next time, and I'm also interesting in trying out a resin pour, but it was fun to keep things very simple this first time out. I was stunned at how much I like the effect without any additives! 😊💚
Great thinking out of the box! I love paint pours for pictures, but haven’t decided how I feel about furniture. The piece would have to be placed in the just right spot, in my opinion. But it never hurts to experiment to stretch your mind! Good job!
I like the paint pour! The green is interesting, not to my taste though. That us what makes the world interesting is that we are all different and like different things. ❤
When I first saw your gorgeous roadside hunk, I thought of a Greek or Roman God......After the very handsome dark green base, I was convinced that the table was a tribute to one with great powers. I do have to admit that I was giving you peanut gallery direction.....pour from the right...blow from the right..etc. In the end, and a clean up normally reserved for my own projects, voila........ The Greak god of Earth Envo.......That's my way of saying WOWl!! The same hunk but now all dressed up.
WOW Lynn, thanks so much for this!! And I wish I could hear your coaching as I'm working!! 😂👍 So glad you liked how this hunk o' coffee table turned out. 😊💚🙏
Thanks for rescuing the coffee table. You transformed it into a handsome Art Furniture one-of-a-kind. I love your delightful, cheerful manner. Be well.
So pretty as is love the green. Love the paint pour idea for the top. New to paint pour made me want to try black and gold, copper and silver and /or touch of white. Thank you
Stunning makeover! Looks like a marble top now and the green is a gorgeous forresty green. I think the slant on the garage floor acted in your favor. I think the paint pour turned out more dramatic from the slope.
I have to admit, at first I thought you had lost some of your Marbles and they rolled out of uneven garage floor 😂🤣😂 but you did not disappoint it turned out amazingly beautiful 🥰🥰🥰
The green is gorgeous. I wish I had that kind of eye. But, then what about pulling out one of the colors on top for the base. Again, the green is simply why I leave designing to the stores and others.
This could be so customized for soooo many color schemes. Imagine how beautiful in black or charcoal base with a black/white/gold pour top. You have created a monster here! Thanks.
I really like the paint pour effect on the top. It looks a lot like a marble top. It went from a nice but very dated looking piece to a stunning, expensive-looking piece that someone would buy in a heartbeat. Well done!
Your table is so pretty! It is the first tabletop that I have seen that I want to stare at! 😆 It looks like photographs of the planet Jupiter that I have seen. Very nice!
Wowzers! It’s fabulous! The green is perfect for that application and the watery paint for the pour, besides being messy, gave it a truly unique finish. I absolutely love it.
Andy, you have outdone yourself once again! What a fun technique. Normally I can't even watch paint pour videos because the mess makes me anxious, but I love the way you used the hairdryer to move the paint around. Kind of like using a straw when I was a kid. The color is perfect, it reminds me of a forest floor, whimsical and warm. I could almost smell the moss and soil. All you need is a cute frog and some lilies to complete the look! Well done, You!
Hooray, thanks so much, Karen!! This took me to a very forest-y place too, so glad you saw that as well. I agree - I should stage it with a frog! Many thanks, again. 💚😊💚
Ok, I enjoyed the crap out of that whole video! I LOVE LOVE THE froggy leg table! I think the legs were the best part of this funky piece! Absolutely beautiful paint pour, I say work with the gravity, it turned out super awesome just the way it is! Also, I'm a terrible blingy person, so I definitely probably would have oversparkled, yours had just a hint to die for sparkly, and green is my fave color! So your video gets an enthusiastic 10/10¡! From me! It makes me want to go run out n scour the alleys of my freezing hometown In Montana (at 4:45am) people always hVe good stuff laying out, sadly I never indulge my husband is quite ready to kill me if I bring one more stray homeless "anything!" Into the house again! By far I enjoyed that video the most out of many today! You are a natural storyteller And such a lovely sweet attitude! You bring joy everywhere you go I must believe! Thanks again! Keep the fun vids coming! Rashauna k- Zarr
I love the poured paint effect! I'm a soap maker and I love working with multiple colors to create a marble effect. Great job Andi! Love all your videos.
When Andy said she just left everything and rushed off to get things ready for her daughter’s birthday, I was sure she was going to come back to kitty paw prints all over the newly paint poured table. I was actually looking forward to how that would look!
The table came out AMAZING!! I must admit when I first saw it I though no way would I want that in my house. But after you were finished I was picturing which room I would put it in. Bravo!!
This coffee table came out great. I love the paint pour. I hope you do more of this technique and you never know how it will turn out. It resembles marble. Good job, Andy!!!
Yea for the green! Lots of work but you forged ahead with great attitude. Love your character. The table transformed from an ugly duckling to a stunning swan. Keep on trucking!
As an interior designer myself, I recently donated my time and materials redoing a pair of nightstands for a teen Mom home, the EL ROI house. Hope you’re feeling like your seemingly quirky ideas are some of best finished surprises! You go girl!
Right when you said earth as in space I got a message that the spacecraft just landed safely! Beautiful table! Gives me an idea for my kitchen counters
WOW, the green legs work because the top's colors complements with them. Glad you didn't use black. Love the earthy paint pour. I have only done paint pours with my 5 yr old grandson on canvass, Now I have to try the adult version.
Yay, so glad you liked the green! And love that you've done paint pours with your grandson - I kept thinking what a cool project this could be to do with a younger helper! 💚😊
I am in LOVE with this! Not gonna lie, I was leery when you said "paint pour" and showed the colors but I think it turned out perfect. So foresty! To me it totally speaks to the cottage core vibe.
I really appreciate that you take chances and do creative experiments like this. I think it looks really striking and unique! Could totally see it in a great maximalist living room or similar space. You rejuvenated yet another piece that could have ended up in the landfill. Thank you!
Your table turned out gorgeous. I love coffee tables so I’m really glad you saved this one. That paint pour technique is fabulous. I love using it with alcohol inks and a hair dryer on a much smaller canvas. Great job Andy. Someone is going to love this in their living room.
What a concept. Amazing, and beautiful! I do so enjoy your work, and adventures. I love old furniture, and will admit that for the most of my 82 years, I've preferred to leave them with their origional early attic finishes. But modern is good, I love watching your magic. And so many of your pieces have truly won my heart! John's bar cabinet, truly a work of art! And that sage green planter table, I would have loved to own, and the little chess table, so special! In spite of my origional opinions, you have a fan, I do look forward to each of your episodes.
I've watched many paint pours on canvas and the paint is much thicker and mixed with glue usually, but "live and learn", right. I like the final results.
Thanks!! Yes, several folks have suggested thicker paint. I've seen it done that way and more watery like this, and for what it's worth, it worked for me. Maybe next time I'll try it thicker. 😊👍
You've done it again, you've taken a thing I haven't always liked (this time the pour method) and used it to make something gorgeous! I do like the green, it came out quite pretty. I thought of adding to one of your rules to perhaps 'pour first, paint later' - to avoid needing touchups of the parts that you don't want poured on :) Very fun outcome!

Many if the UA-cam Paint Pours I viewed were epoxy. I love this table for several reasons; primary one is that your paint medium feels much more accessible to me than epoxy. The paint pour effect reminds me of some of the "geographic" designs I've seen on transcontinental flights. I love the results and predict that this table will find pride of place with a special buyer. Bravo!
Yay, thanks so much Laura!! Yes, I'd like to try a resin/epoxy pour, but really glad I kept it simple and did just paint for this one - the results even without any additives were pretty cool! Love how you described that. 💚😊💚
OMG!!! As soon as the reveal was made I screamed "I WANT THAT!!!" Wish I were closer, but a Florida ship is too much to wish for! Green is my favorite color overall, but not what I see buying for furniture - but this is stunning! Love your bravery! Cudos!!!
Hi Andy, I gasped, when I saw that gorgeous green because I was already picturing it in my head, but that poured, top was the icing on the frog cake! Green was my mother’s favorite color and it’s one of mine. I gasped again when I saw the floor, lol! This one had me on the edge of my seat. I love how it turned out. I like coffee tables. Maybe this will make them more popular. You’re so inspiring and I thoroughly enjoy all of your fables. Thank you. Hugs, Julie 🥰
Wow, Julie - thanks so much!! I'm SO glad you liked the green, sounds like we were on the same page from the get-go! Truly appreciate hearing this, many thanks! 💚💚💚

Paint too thin and most importantly the paints have to all be the same consistency!!!!
I love the green and the results.
Great to hear, thanks so much!
It’s so cute. I really appreciate the creative way you approach projects and your use of colour. Keep up the great work, Andi!

I will, thanks so much, Yvonne!
Beautiful work. The table had great architectural interest that you made shine
Thanks so much! 💚😊
