I just did this with carrot, beet, ginger turmeric oranges, and .i suggest you blend the pomegranate so you get more juice out.

I tried blending it a lot longer and it wasn’t good at all. If I add other fruit along with the pomegranates it’s fine.

I juiced with the membrane and it came out very bitter. I then juiced without and it was delicious.

@@GardenwithAshleyif you but the seeds in a plastic bag, suck the air out, then roll a rolling pin over them gently enough for just the flesh to pop it prevents the seeds from popping/breaking and tainting the flavor

This would cost so much money at the store if you had to buy the parmagranettes

Remove the peel and white membrane.

Its from the seeds, try putting pomegranate seeds in a ziploc bag without any air and smashing them and getting the juice out (without crushing the seeds) and filtering it.

@@Tb-tl4niSeeds are not human food, which is why they taste bitter. The bitterness is our instincts telling us to spit it out. The seeds are less harmful when they are digested whole and not crushed by chewing on them, so pomegranate seeds can be eaten whole just not too many. The only “nutrition” in pomegranates is the pulp, which is mostly some antioxidants, vitamin c. As with all fruit it’s mostly good for hydration and energy, not for rich mineral and vitamin content.

Your crushing the seeds in the blender giving it a bitter taste 🤦🤦🤦🤦
Put them in a bag, remove air & seal it. Then use tortilla roller gently without crushing the seeds.
