There’s a lot going on there that’s technical that they’re not talking about. So fun to watch the different shots. You can head from 50 yards. So technical.

@@ryanschmitz1442closed to what, is the real point. Closed to zero/target (as in pointing left), no … unless you want the ball starting left and going left. The ball starts where the face is pointing (for the most part) at impact. It then curves based on the “face to path relationship”. The ball curves AWAY from the path. So, that sweet push draw everyone wants to hit - where it starts right and curves back left - is struck with a face that is open to zero/target but CLOSED to the PATH (not zero/target). Another way to say it is that the face is right (for a right hander) but the path is MORE RIGHT.

Does it get you up? Does it fix your ED? Or, are you just a loser?
Have fun in your basement.
@@Whatt787Actually, there can only be one goat. Therefore, he is the goat. It means greatest of all time. Nice try to be a dick in the comments thought.
Tiger embarrassed himself today, like I told ya he would, he played disgraceful golf today, he needs to retire
Every time I'm at Augusta, I do exactly the same thing. Everybody does.
I didn't know you could produce those shots from 50 yds. I'm happy to hit straight and land on the green. Amazing.
If only you could putt
Fred's like "I won't even shoot now."
Two legends 🙌🙌🙌
Tiger is a wonderful coach - his book “How I play golf” is so under rated
freds clarification about the cut is so good
I was lucky enough to spend the entire week at the Country Club in Brookline MA for the 1999 Ryder Cup. Championship Sunday was one of the greatest comebacks in RC history. Tiger headlined the team. It was magical. Also spent the week at the Country Club in 1988 when Curtis Strange played giant killer and took out Nick Faldo. Obviously, it was a star-studded international field.
Awesome. Making it look so easy
this was amazing
Um, these types vids are all over youtube...short game chef

This is top shelf instruction all right.
Just that tip about "not shutting down the face for a draw" is eye opening....and I've been playing golf (with a great short game) for almost 30 years!
I am kind of new to golf. It threw me off when he said for his draw he aims right (I get that part) but that he also has the club face slightly open. I thought the club face would be slightly closed in order to hit a draw? Is that not true?
@@ryanschmitz1442 well, he's not a normal human as far a physical ability. But if you're new to golf, I highly recommend getting Tiger's book (i just got a copy for $0.75) titled "How I Play Golf"....it's life changing!
@@QuantumRadii great explanation. Thanks for that
Wow! Magical to watch!
I’ll do that hook left hook shot next time I’m playing Augusta 😳
So to sum up: "Millions and millions of reps." That is the key to being great at anything.
so interesting, Ive always adjusted the face to which way I want the ball to go, tigers the opposite with adjusting the face to where he wants it to start... probably not the only thing opposite about mine and tiger's golf game...
One word.. Amazing!!!
The face setup he talked about is mind blowing to me. I gotta try this.
Damn tiger... I never thought of a draw chip shot, but really it's what I would call like a lower less spin runner. Draw sounds better, awesome 3 minutes of info gentlemen
I go through moments where I imagine that with some training I could play professionally but sometimes I don't realize just how hard it is to play golf at this level...
This just changed my life. Wow, this works!!!!
I'd remember hitting any one of those shots for a year. He's hit 10 and forgotten all of them before the video was finished.
Absolutely insane that he can control the ball like that. I’m not entirely sure I ever thought those directional spins were on purpose, even for the pros, LOL.
