I know exactly what you mean, in my own way, I also lost my daughter almost 2 yrs ago now and she still reaches me through songs, colors, phrases, etc. The timing sometimes is everything, too. Thank you for sharing ❤️🩹❤️🩹. Take good care.
@Carrie Anne thank you... I agree, I'm pleased to hear you still feel such a connection with your daughter as I also feel connected powerfully and eternally to mine in an undeniably real way for me. A mother's love may well be the strongest force in the universe and beyond. Family is forever!❤️🩹❤️🩹
Sorry, the water fall was calling for me, so I went into it before you said to do it, I couldn’t wait 😊. What a wonderful and beautifully guided practice! Thank you so much.
thank you for practicing with me. I am so honoured when I hear that it is helping this is my true intention. You are so kind, blessing to you as well! 🖤✨
Thank you so much for this imaginal creation of the inner Self and opening . May you too be blessed by such creation and opening. Namaste 🙏 ❤Diann 50:54
I have been doing yoga Nidra for more than 12 months now for finding inner peace and calm and I came across your practice today and I found it wonderful and uplifting. Thanks for your gift
Dear Ayla! It was such a deep experience. My son was wailing in the living room while I was trying to rest (he was looked after by my husband 😊), but I felt so much frustration I wanted to get up and stomp, but I decided to laugh and my neck has released a lot of tension, and then later anger at a suggestion of the meditation. Glad I have experienced peace and joy too and washed all my stress in the waterfall. I can deal with the situation now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤
I love hearing about the evolution of your experience and I have to say... I am so proud of you for resting in the uncomfortable... I just know from experience how excruciating growth can be at times and you, Elena... you have had an experience worth celebrating in this nidra. 🖤✨🙏
@@AylaNovaNidra oh wow! Really? Thank you so so much Ayla! I just wanted to ask how to choose the Nidra. Sometimes I just want to chill out and deep Nidras seem to keep me more awake. What would you recommend. And how often I can repeat this particular Nidra? Thank you 🙏
@@elenawilmott5119 you can repeat any of these nidra practices as much as you like. every time you do it you’ll have a new experience. i’m my playlists i have the nidra/nsdr practices broken down into different lengths of time. so if you would prefer to do ones between 30-40minutes that might be a great place for you.
Our Angelic Ayla, so much thanks and love. This is an incredible Nidra experience. So many people now are feeling this intensity and this sure is a balm to help in our healing. .
You are so sweet and hearing from you always makes me smile... You are angelic!!! I will not hide from you, I needed this practice just as much as those who received it. I share this because I am not immune from these struggles either. Feeling my cup fill, day by day. Rest well, be well. 🖤✨🙏
You are always so welcome! Thank you for practicing with me! Also, your Channel is stunning and I cannot wait to take one of your classes! Perhaps we could do a Yin & Nidra class together when our stars align! 🖤✨🙏
This was very needed. I actually went into a dream during this practice but somehow I was aware of going throughout my day in the dream and also following along in this practice
The sound of this phrase/mantra (Hari Om Tat Sat) is used to awaken one to their highest self. Often, even if you have fallen asleep, this phrase will bring you back to full awareness. There are a number of ways to interpret this phrase… ‘all that is’ ‘absolute truth’, ‘ultimate reality’. It acts as a reminder that we are not limited to the material world. 🖤✨ Thank you for asking.
Thank you for offering your service as a trusted guide to the deepest levels of body awareness. I feel absolutely safe with you. Everything I need to feel and experience arises in this protected space. Love.❤❤❤
All is well ❤ Such a powerful, beautiful message I received, allowing me to trust my journey more and more. Thank you once, again. My body is the most rested it has felt in awhile. And, i know there's so much more joy within as I let go and allow it. I will visit this one, again. 😊🔥🤍🤗
I loved the begging of this meditation. I was floating. I was totally thrown out of it when you kept coming back to anger. Is there a way to know which meditations do that so if they are not helpful one can avoid them? Have really loved some of your other ones.
I understand anger is a difficult emotion to sit with and yet, it is a powerful teacher. Unfortunately, tailoring a playlist which avoids any particular emotion would not be in alignment with the practice. Please know I share this with love and I realize how hard it can be to feel a certain way. I am proud of you for getting through the practice and I hope if it comes up again for you in the future... you will already be more prepared. 🖤✨
You said “floating feather”...in my reality that’s a message from my daughter who passed away...🥰🙏
