Hey I've been working on dragon flags all summer. A gymnast works out at our gym sometimes and is in amazing shape with killer abs. He did dragon flags and so I started to work on these. You have very strong abs! He also took hard punches and I've been trying that. I also like your hanging leg lift tuck hold (my description). I got into hanging leg lifts--feet to bar--this summer. Keep going strong.
@@jamest1157 yes that hanging ab crunch is super underutilized. Pretty much the best exercise I know. Dragon flags I only started working lately. I don't do enough intentional ab training so it's been good to get back into it.
