You can position your hands accordingly on rings, which is why bar is harder. Same reason why Strict Muscle Ups (Rings) are easier than Strict Muscle Ups (Bar).
ThatGuyFromDamascus - What level are you at right now, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite? If it is something you specifically train for multiple times (2-4x) a week you could get it in less than a year truthfully. That is also largely dependent upon your current level however.
@@tristanverschelden8605 I consider myself to be in between beginner and intermediate, progressing towards 6 Hspu.. Balancing almost there. 3 bar muscle ups.. 6 on rings. I agree with you a year is doable, though my strength progression is slow, maybe because i don't have a consistent diet?! Idk

Impossible from the victorian on the parallel bars to reverce planche. Flo Lit did it!!!). And it's really hard variation of push ups, all around the world only he can do this.
I believe the One arm planche we see out there isn't really a One arm planche. In my opinnion, the One arm planche has to be performed with the belly parallel to the ground, just like the regular planche, but with One arm. And I think that hasn't been achieved yet
@@GGXGGX666 all these super advanced movements are bad form anyway. They just straight up change the form, cause in proper form, they are not possible.
The last time I saw the video I couldn't many of them today I can do the 13, 11 and 9 and I'm so happy about it ! What types of handstand push ups showed in this video you can do, guys ?
Damn, I can do all of those for at least a couple reps (many reps for the easy variations), but I've never tried #3 and #2 before. #3 looks very difficult, I'd have to practice it to get it I think. And #1... I have not spent time doing it facing the wall, I'll have to work on that too at some point.
Josh Palao not exactly. This is a very interesting concept but you can pass right through the rings rather then on the bar you have to pass around it witch leads you to leaning more forwards if that movement wasn’t hard enough lol. You don’t want to be touching the bar as this would creat friction and make the exercise harder and less stable. With rings you can even grip wherever your body is as the bar can only remain the bar. This leads to the stability actually being easier on rings since they turn towards you but the bar stays where it is (obviously). I know what you’re thinking, rings move in every direction but only at a certain extent. They won’t really make you fall and if it’s something, grip strength should do the work depending on the exercises. All in all to say that the record on rings are a lot higher then on the bars
Самые лёгкие отжимания тигровые, там просто нужно уметь отжиматься и знать как его сделать. И 90-градусные проще чем отжимания в стойке на пальцах, лично моё мнение.
@@bennycalisthenics862 if your flare your elbows and arch your lower back it is bad and if you arent making fantasies this will happen when tou are back to wall its inevitable and on the last reps it becomes even worse
It's impressively badass in person. But the internet has a habit of allowing you to see the most talented people in the world doing things you'll probably never see anyone do irl at any point in your lifetime. So it tends to be not "as" badass on the internet, but it still is badass nonetheless.
I really doubt it. After I learned elevator on the rings, it didn't take long before I could do 5 reps. I've never tried it on a straight bar, but it would be more difficult because the bar would get in the way and force you to do a stricter curl.
I think the inverted muscle up on rings was by far the most impresiive in the video
On bar harder

Uchiha Madara Yes, it's true. That is the real "elevator"
I think it can only be done on ring (or a chair) because of the wrist-rotation. Gaggi and Zoran are the two who has done it
