Yea, Lilith couldn’t just give people a skill reset voucher like Nikke where you can completely reset character skills and give it to someone else. Even tho Nikke only gives 3 per special event and they can only be used for a week (you can save the vouchers for future reset events), at least it’s better than having a fully invested character that is no longer being used. Their system has allowed me to fully invest into new/rerun characters that are meta and it’s great.
The way they word it, i can't tell if they're saying the items are being released with the new season or if it's only applicable to heroes released in that season. Fingers crossed it's the first one 🤞🤞

I don't see why people say because the swap functionality has limits, it's only for whales. For one thing, there clearly are whales who would low to reset their older characters, and I think this could be good for a f2p/low spender who wants a banner-up hero but aren't sure if it's worth it because the next banner-up could be better for them...and as they have limited resources they have to pick and chose which banner-up to go for, so having the ability to swap them makes this less damning.
Give em time. I'm sure they'll come around to the full swap, but it may take a while as the games still pretty new... and they're still making bank on people investing into heroes. Once hero investment starts reaching saturation, I'm pretty sure they'll implement a feature to do the swap... to keep making money off of it, and then they'll come up with a way for F2P to do it. It's just good business sense to do it this way.

They've reworked rewards, made the resonance levels more fair for F2P, widened the rankings systems to help the F2P players, made additional ranking systems to help, and well... I could go on, because there's plenty more, but I think you get my point. All this to say they've done a LOT to help F2P, but the F2P just want to complain "it's not fair!!!"... as they typically do... with just about everything lol. Bottom line is if the spenders don't spend, the games dead, because at the end of the day, it's the spenders that fund the game, not the F2P. I think Lilith have done a decent job at walking that thin line... not perfect, but decent.

Thie district situation didnt helped at all dude. Especially in under 100 servers. Fighting against krakent for top 50 spot is hardship. Low income of orange essence is killing the players. Low amount of summons. Low amount of rate up summons. After finishing 1295 stage of afk farm you dont push anymore. No rewards. Both arena top only for whales. Literally game is soo stale and dead now. And that guild supremacy killed dead game even more. Mediocre guild left abandoned for guilds with more activity. Battle drills zero literally zero enhancement of rewards from the start. All that effort for 500 diamonds and rng keys.

Its not just gonna be heroes in the new season imho. They are introducing new items that.... released in the new season. I think this is just letting people know the items wont be released till the new season.
Why are people so confused about it, its totally the same as in afkarena. Plus it has nothing to do with whales. Its mostly for f2p and low spenders. You insteded in wrong hero, now you get a chance to swap
it sounded good by paper but in reality for big number of player's its useless, they need to change this asap reason being not much player's care for build/pull for new heroes when they are currently investing in the heroes they have at the moment

Soo for them to fix ex weapon. They made feature only for whales and krakens. Idk why we have this dumb devs for our game
