    You got me itching to get out there and find some more point and blades to add to my collection. Thanks for the journey, I enjoyed it very much.

    Good finds. It's always nice to get a variety. The Dalton would have been good sized. Thanks for sharing

    Great video man love to see a fellow Missouri boy at it . Don't forget to toke one up for the great spirits. I wish we would get some rain I am extremely excited for gardening season this year. LOL and we need our Creeks to roll over so we can find some more points. Peace out from the kind bud King

      @user-ic3pj6og3y Yes Sir! I drive to St Joe about once every 3 weeks for work....im always looking for creeks to jump on out by you! I've yet to find any that aren't mud bottom. The terrain is much different than out here, I've thought about hopping down in the Grand River out there everytime I pass over it....I imagine the fields are the way to go out them ways?

      @@pointsnpoles4640 most everything in the fields are broke up bad . The Grand River is pretty good place to look you just have to find some rock bars in all the sand and mud and be the first person to hit it because most of the folks around daviess county in Chillicothe hunting pretty hard. It really surprised me how many people go out and look for points it all started with me exercising my pitbulls at the river and just happened to find one. Then I was hooked you know the deal

I want to come over by St Louis way and see the mounds I would do anything to go back in time 500 years and seeing what it look like. Love your videos Man

    I would love to see how you walk the creeks and bars just to compare how we do it. I know some are very meticulous and others just hoof it. Are there any group hunts/floats planned?

    • @pointsnpoles4640
      @pointsnpoles4640  5 місяців тому

      No but we can definitely get one going! Honestly it all depends...usually as far as the creeks we know well, we usually hoof it then we take our time going upstream in the water in our known areas that produce. Then on the way back we will hit the bars slowly if it's after a flood or the areas we've found bedore. If it's a new creek I like to take my time in the areas that are downstream of cut banks and the bars. I'll only walk fast really in long deep stretches or to get to an area I see up ahead that looks good. What part of MO are you in again?
