Veggi doner with hallumi cheese | With the world's best kebab sauce | Canandan Tarifler

In this video, I wanted to present this doner alternative, which is a vegetarian doner, which is sold in Germany. Of course the name 'doner' is correct? I'm not sure, but since we are vegetarian, it has been our house's doner kebab, and with its sauce, it doesn't look like real doner to us.
INGREDIENTS:
2 packages of halloumi cheese (400 g)
Optional salad:
Lettuce, pepper, onion, parsley
Sauce:
250 g yoghurt
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of harissa
(Or this mix:
1 Tbs (hot) pepper paste, 1 Tk of thyme, 1 Tk of cumin, 1 Tk of hot pepper)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves of garlic grated)
salt, pepper
