MINI BENTO LUNCHBOX CAKES . . . how to 🍰🎂❤️

Here is a super cute way of making 3 Bento style mini Lunch Box Cakes.
3 different designs, 2 different flavours! Classic Victoria Sponge and Lotus Biscoff.
I have baked a classic Victoria sponge as a tray bake then used a cutter to cut out the size cake I required. Each cake has 2 layers and a filling.
