I got chills when I heard this song. As one of the biggest Queen fans last 47 years, I feel I know and have heard all their songs. So, about 3-4 months ago, I’m house cleaning and I’ve got Spotify,as always, playing Queen songs - when all of the sudden this jewel starts. I keep cleaning and for the first few seconds after Freddie starts, I feel like “what’s playing now?” Then I recognize “that voice” - OMG - got emotional - mixed feelings of sadness, joy, nostalgia, surprise. Started reading up on the song and, so grateful to our remainder Queen members for putting this song in the spotlight and the hearts and minds of us, diehard Queen fans!! ❤

As a person who suffers from chronic mental health issues/disabilities and has lost pretty much all of my blood relatives from them not understanding me and having to let them go to protect myself, this song hits so damn deep. You really do have to face it alone sometimes in order to move on with your life. Freddie is still inspiring decades after his death. We will always love you, Freddie Mercury. Queen forever! ✊

They did it because it take time to come up with a good idea to create a song out of practically nothing. Sometimes you also need the right technology to achieve this. And during the time when they firstly recorded it it was basically only an idea and nothing else. Then came Freddie with his coming out and then they rushed over to create Innuendo and then Freddie died. You know the story. THIS is probably one of the last pieces if not THE last "new" song we will have being released from Queen. Because it shows to me that if they need to "stitch" together a song out of sth that was once almost nothing there is not much more hidden material or songs we could be getting in the future. That being said, it is a very good job they did. And I am very thankful for that. Maybe they could remaster Innuendo one more time in the future and give Freddie a fuller deeper voice because it sounds thin - we all know why. Or they may also release special editions of other albums - in the same way they do with The Miracle.

I think Freddie wrote the song John base from the original No idea how much of the guitar is original or re done Freddie didn't finish the song but I think he finished the composition The guitar does sound different from the demo ive heard
@@bluebell3720 if they found the master reel, they could have easily redone parts. This sounds too perfect to be a fully non edited or non enhanced track. Most of the time unreleased tracks were done vocally but not mixing and production wise. So to me this is surprising how clear and fully mixed it is. They had to find the reel and not just a rough mix from a Dat. A Dat version wouldn't be able to be changed. The only thing they could do is edit parts by slicing and then mastering the already mixed song. But even then would have issues with the vocals if they were mixed low in the 80s or 90s. With today's technology, they could create a computer generated acapella that strips away the beat. Some are so good at removing the beat that the vocals sound almost studio quality. Other times it sounds a bit robotic like. But if they remake the original beat underneath a computer generated acapella, they could mask the sound quality of the vocals. But idk, this sounds too clear so I don't think they had to do that at all. Maybe the other scenario is the song was fully complete or near complete and they just added ontop of the mix they have. But doubtful again as it doesn't seems fairly basic and not clutered with instrumentation.
@@bluebell3720 actually just read a article from months ago that said they found the reel in plain sight and the engineers basically did a bunch of magic tricks to create this. There is a demo leaked. So I'm assuming maybe Queen had several attempts of this song and the engineers re-arranged parts to make it full. Pretty genius and something I would do if I had a bunch of takes of the same song from a deceased artist lol
@@bluebell3720 I'm sure the bass is from the original since John retired long ago. But I think the guitar and percussion parts were re-done by Brian and Roger, and engineers mixed and spliced it all together. I heard the demo years ago, and I don't remember the backing track sounding that way.

When I heard this song over the radio I knew exactly it was his voice and was completely surprised to listen to it, I thought i knew all his songs. And it was the only melody that stuck with me since it appeared, I only needed to hear it once and it was already my favourite song. Even now, I don't think there are artists such as him. 1. Estructura de la canción muy típica de los Queen de los 80 jugando con la tonalidad en menores y mayores.
2. Batería con una caja y un bombo con reverb monstruosa, ENORME (nada hay más típico de los 80 que este detalle).
3. El tipo de ganancia que usa May en la guitarra era muy propio de los ochenta, un sello inconfundible. Muchísima ganancia y el Marshall a reventar de volumen.

How did Queen hang on to this unreleased gem for so long... And why!? It's the first song in years that's given me chills. Good chills. And maybe a tear, or two. 😥 RIP Freddie. The fans will always love you, and what you're still giving to the world.
They did it because it take time to come up with a good idea to create a song out of practically nothing. Sometimes you also need the right technology to achieve this. And during the time when they firstly recorded it it was basically only an idea and nothing else. Then came Freddie with his coming out and then they rushed over to create Innuendo and then Freddie died. You know the story.
THIS is probably one of the last pieces if not THE last "new" song we will have being released from Queen. Because it shows to me that if they need to "stitch" together a song out of sth that was once almost nothing there is not much more hidden material or songs we could be getting in the future.
That being said, it is a very good job they did. And I am very thankful for that.
Maybe they could remaster Innuendo one more time in the future and give Freddie a fuller deeper voice because it sounds thin - we all know why.
Or they may also release special editions of other albums - in the same way they do with The Miracle.
Because it's not a very good song.

@@bluebell3720 if they found the master reel, they could have easily redone parts. This sounds too perfect to be a fully non edited or non enhanced track. Most of the time unreleased tracks were done vocally but not mixing and production wise. So to me this is surprising how clear and fully mixed it is. They had to find the reel and not just a rough mix from a Dat. A Dat version wouldn't be able to be changed. The only thing they could do is edit parts by slicing and then mastering the already mixed song. But even then would have issues with the vocals if they were mixed low in the 80s or 90s.
With today's technology, they could create a computer generated acapella that strips away the beat. Some are so good at removing the beat that the vocals sound almost studio quality. Other times it sounds a bit robotic like. But if they remake the original beat underneath a computer generated acapella, they could mask the sound quality of the vocals. But idk, this sounds too clear so I don't think they had to do that at all.
Maybe the other scenario is the song was fully complete or near complete and they just added ontop of the mix they have. But doubtful again as it doesn't seems fairly basic and not clutered with instrumentation.
@@bluebell3720 actually just read a article from months ago that said they found the reel in plain sight and the engineers basically did a bunch of magic tricks to create this. There is a demo leaked. So I'm assuming maybe Queen had several attempts of this song and the engineers re-arranged parts to make it full. Pretty genius and something I would do if I had a bunch of takes of the same song from a deceased artist lol
Let's hope they have more songs on the "wait for the right moment" list to show us.
@@bluebell3720 I'm sure the bass is from the original since John retired long ago. But I think the guitar and percussion parts were re-done by Brian and Roger, and engineers mixed and spliced it all together. I heard the demo years ago, and I don't remember the backing track sounding that way.
