Kelley is am amazing woman. She is a very succesful owner and MGR of JR motorsports. She walks into a room and people respect her. She should be proud of who she is and all she means to JR motorsports. I wish her and her family the good fortune she desreves. Not that she cares at all but im very proud of her. lol

What impresses me most is as Co-Owner of JR Motorsports you know she has money. Yet when you watch the video look behind her while she sits on the couch. The shade covering the window has flaws in it. If you look to the left of the fireplace were the reporter is sitting it looks like the plaster has been patched in the wall. Here is a lady that can most likely have any house she wants, decorated any way she wants and chooses to make do with what she's got. She enjoys life and family the most. That tells me one thing immediately, and that is Dale Sr. her father raised his kids to be very nice and level headed and not go out and act like some rich snot even though she has the money to do so. He raised them right. I've seen people with a whole lot less let their head swell were they couldn't even get it through the doorway. Great Lady!!!!!!!!!

427GT40 Co-owner does matter. You take on half of financial responsibility of that team. By the way, it is split between Dale Jr, Kelley, and Rick Hendrick anyhow. So, each owner takes on 33% each of all costs and evenly divided all winnings by that factor, more than likely. Not cheap to run even Xfinity teams.
That Michigan win he Dominated was awesome this year lol. 2nd in points only 11 points outta first. We may just get that 1st Cup championship and many more wins this year you never know. He's right there along with that 48 as the best running two cars out there this year.

Kelley, behind the scenes, has done a lot for NASCAR and several NASCAR successful drivers. JR Motorsports became what Dale Sr intended for DEI. Kelley is the reason for that. Early on, Kelley decided that she would be better at management than as a driver. She was right. IMHO, Kelley Earnhardt Miller should be in the NASCAR HOF also because of all that she's done for NASCAR.
