      Not to take away anything from Jr or his sister but don't forget about the other son Kerry that's been through as much disappointment and mistreatment from Teresa then there's Tyler Nicole that's Teresa's biological daughter that's possibly stuck in the middle.

      DEI only exist today as a museum and merchandising unit of Dale Earnhardt name. They don’t race anything. I was disappointed that Dale Sr. didn’t have the forethought to have his lawyers set up a trust fund agreement of some sort that would’ve protected the kids’ (girls too) interest/share in the company if anything like this had happened. It’s really sad that Theresa was left with total control (if i’m remembering correctly), or at least enough of it that June Bug and whoever else didn’t have enough say to override her with a company and/or family vote. I just don’t understand why Dale Sr. didn’t have things more organized and/or didn’t update things when the kids became adults and were clearly interested in the family business and legacy, especially since Dale Sr. always had visions/nightmares of something like that happening to him, dying in a wreck.. I thought he would’ve been more concerned about the legalities, paperwork being in place to protect his legacy which is his kids and the business. It just sucks that Theresa did things the way she did, it’s like she wasn’t even thinking or caring if what she was doing would’ve been what Dale Sr. would’ve wanted. 😢 Such a shame!

    • @hayleysowards9203
      @hayleysowards9203 5 років тому +13

      Samantha Brent like dale jr said in another interview, he didn’t expect to die. I also don’t think Sr expected Theresa to be so resentful of ASR’s other kids. Theresa was a gold digging power hungry bitch and it but her in the ass. She couldn’t get along with anyone that’s why she lost the company altogether. She’s one of those people who thinks they’re always right until they crash and burn do they realize. She thought she ran the company and despite the fact that Sr helped her make those decisions before he died and she thought she could do it after his death. She was wrong and karma.

    It is a well known fact that Sr made DEI for his kids. In the event that if something would happen to him (2-18-01) that company would be for them . It was even cited in Dale the movie where he spoke of that. It was just a messy and sad event of the company downfall. Dale Jr made his dad proud by being his own man

      Dale Sr. did. Without him, there would be no "DALE EARNHARDT INC." And after Sr. died, Jr. carried it. Don't think so? then you weren't watching it happen. Pushing paperwork and shuffling money didn't "build" it. It might have maintained it but, the Earnhardt's bloodlines' personality, connections, alliances, and pure driving skill was the recipe.

    Teresa is a cold hearted greedy witch and that's that! She was there for the money and it shows clear as glass. If Sr was still here Teresa would've never been in control and he 100% would've gave it to the kids. It's such a shame that a single women destroyed that legacy of a company. Things like this is why I'm so picky dating now days. Everything I do is for my son and if a women don't understand that she can't be a part of us. Fir the most part my life ended the day my son was born. My life now revolves around making him a successful happy respectful man. When I leave this earth I wanna know he's gonna be great still and I'd never let a piece of ass destroy that!

    I truly miss Dale Sr. Beyond belief, but as I watch these videos I see great aspects of all of Dale's children...however I hate to say it i truly see that steely eyed look coming through Kelly, as well as Taylor...not a thing against Jr. Or little E as may have been known for a while...just what could've happened had Theresa stepped back a smidgen and let things happen...Nascar did screw things over a bit for Jr...by changing the points system. Sports Illustrated put out an article and the they showed it Jr. would have had 2 championship seasons had they not changed the point set up...

    Theresa ruined DEI as far as I'm concerned! Granted I haven't been to Dale Sr's Mooresville NC DEI Garagemahall headquarters since the Coca Cola 600 weekend in 08 but can someone tell me what's left of it? Is that beautiful building of a race shop just a tiny museum with the rest of the building collecting dust these days?

    It wasn't TDEI it was DEI for a reason. The only mistake Dale Sr ever made was to die without a will. Teresa, if you ever read this, you are the Yoko Ono of stock car racing. You are the most hated woman in racing history and I feel this is why you keep so private. One thing I can say about all of this is I am happy you moved to Florida. Please don't ever return to NC.

  • @sammylacks4937

    With the lose of Sr. , Teresa it seems suddenly grabbed everything she could to be able to sustain the lifestyle probably knowing that the sooner she the better she'd come out knowing the confrontation and battle with the family was coming.
    I've seen the same on smaller scale of course many times. Sr was the glue that held it all together. Once that was gone Teresa I feel wanted to get all she could while it was available for her to do so.
    The money, prestige and sustainability of that meant more than her relationship and feelings for her step children. This is only my opinion and I mean no disrespect to any of them. I only have regret and sorrow for their loss and
    separation.
