In my honest opinion, asking a professional musician, ESPECIALLY a classical musician if they know classical music is like me asking an experienced driver if they know how to drive. (yall this comment is COMPLETELY SATIRE. just wanted to let yall know that)
there are plenty of musicians who don't know how to play classical music, just like there are plenty of classical musicians who don't know all the pop songs. And thats okay. different music is different😊
@@szdxwwait so does he even play la campanella? I'm an intermediate level pianist and I'd say it's extremely hard (meaning I might actually be able to play it in a few years)
@@AryaPDipa To be honest, not everyone can play La Campanella. That's one of most hard PIANO, not violin version, piece ever. The hardest one, I think is Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No.6.
bro who tf cares abt prodigies all they do is give u self doubt, but when u be playing violin no matter how good u are, u will always be the best version of yourself in your own lil world, dont let these prodigies stop u from practicing everyday because you will be better than how u are today and someday u could you even be as good or even better than those prodigies.
I like you guys, but there’s no need to drag other creators and musicians. Everyone and their mother knows these are staged. It’s just a fun illusion. Let people have fun.
Wanted to add.. someone else made a really good comment about hoe these skits are like US wrestling - WWE. We all know it’s not real, but we enjoy it and pretend it’s real for fun. A willing suspension of disbelief.
To be fair, Ray is actually saying “Do you know any classical music?” and the subtitles forgot to add the “any” part. 😂
I swear, when Eddy smiles, it's like seeing a 4yo smile, so pure. Love it!
The sass when Brett said, "Stop playing and answer my question!"
"Who the violin is this dude?" Underrated!
Lol it would make more sense if Ray asked that question..like they aren’t even trying to make it seem candid😭
The way Brett was trying not to laugh while saying ‘La Campanella’
Nah I’d say flight of the bumblebee
To be fair, Ray Chen was actually making fun of the format.
Reminded me to practice.
I love watching twoset’s new short: 19 May 2024

Good job Sherlock. Such a good analogy

The guy in the vid isn’t a professional pianist tho. He can barely play
It's just a question that starts the conversation

Im DEFINITELY going to ask do u know La Campanella to a random musician I might meet and watch his reaction 😂😂😂😂
To be fair, it's kinda up there in popularity. Maybe not as much as Für Elise
😂

The irony is that this will now be the first thing to pop into my head if I'm ever asked this in a random street interview.
Its more like :"do you know Rush E?"
ET TU RAY?
Bro i can smell the shut down comments from far away

This comment is your sign to go practice
Guys, you must have really strong feelings on the subject, to be coming back to it so often! 😉🤣
It could be legit. For example I'm not into not-c music, but I've heard of the Dead Kennedys.
canon in D飽きてるからじゃない?
campanella はpaganiniの曲でしょう?
pachebelかわいそうかもね...
Yall gotta watch his reaction you guys got it all wrong
It’s sad that nowadays even people within the Classical Music circle are roasting others in the same area.
La campanella is better than Canon in D.
It is not much different from fake feuds with other musicians on UA-cam

This is all staged
I only know what la campanella is because of blackpink 😂
Bru
I know those skits are staged and I like them anyway. Quit criticizing other music youtubers. You make skits too.
