thats fire brodie! I want to post tutorial/remake on lil mabu's song I'm done, but that song is using sample from faded song by alan walker. How do I not get copyright claim on that video
That would vary between the sample and the accuracy of the remake. For a remake, copyrights would be hard to try and dismiss, especially when you would have to play the sample in which UA-cam would automatically scan and recognize. Even if you are able to bypass the sample copyrights, the remake itself if being immediately recognized only proves that you have done a great job! But it's by chance that you either get a copyright for a remake or not.
