They are of the Philadelphia Mummers Parade String Band Division. There are 16 other string bands from Philadelphia and it's a huge event every New Year's Day in the city. My group, Quaker City String Band will be in the Magic Kingdom in November (the Saturday after Thanksgiving) 2018 and I've had the pleasure of doing the Disney Parade back in 2015 as well.
