Wow what a hard badass, not even scared of cold water in a tub
I hate people who dog people for doing something out of their comfort zone even if their annoying people posting it for viess
During college in the ATs office: 10 mins still, 5 mins with the jet on. Those 5 mins were tough!
Why the F would I get into an ice bath?
Some studies say it’s good for you
Yea its good for physical and mental health. Gives you more energy... Look it up
It teaches you self control.
Because its tough
@@Thebettermasterif you believe you need an ice bath to understand basic control over your actions and emotions then i have a bridge to sell you
it's so silly... impress us with something that actually matters and doesn't only benefit you. You're screaming for people to admire you so bad and don't even notice. Like hey, look at me, I'm SO tough, I do ice baths.
Pf, who cares. That crap doesn't matter. It's so insignificant.
I’m sure you know the science better than this guy because you’ve spent your entire life studying neuroscience right?
Indeed. Although both methods are frighteningly great for me, I have convinced the body to move as often as possible. Lately I have been spinning around every minute for 6 minutes. And always end with three turns right before getting out to honor Ganga.
Yep, I would stay very still while I was learning. And then over time start to move my arms around and realize very quickly that I got cold again. Nice way to make the water last longer too when you’re only using ice and you don’t have a pump.
totally agree, I take cold showers and if you just stand still you become numb to it but if you keep moving it stays cold, moving around is the way to get the benefit of cold water
Facts
basic thermodynamics 101...
That’s why cold showers work so good if it’s lwinter time when the water is cold
Haha! I've done it the bold way quite a bit!
You are one bold lad also I should say 😀
Here’s an idea heat the water to about 115 degrees only real men can handle warmer than Luke water
Showing off is a fools idea of glory
It’s still horrible either way and beneficial
Makes sense.
Yeah sure a thermal sheath 😂
All the wimps in the comments are mad 😂
Ice baths have no benefits so stupid
For me it’s the opposite, I feel warmer moving around in cold water compared to standing
🤨 freak
