Discovering Hidden Time Wealth has been one of the best things I've done for my productivity. It feels like I’ve finally cracked the code to overcoming procrastination.
“ drinking coffee too early “ what’s he talking about, everyone has coffee straight away.
I don’t understand this part either!!
Watch Huberman's video where he explains why it can be detrimental to have coffee first thing in the morning.
he has a video saying something about drinking coffee 1-2 hours after waking up because thats when your cortisol levels are at their peak or something idk
I do the exact opposite of his recommendations and live a fantastic life
Lying in bed in the morning, c shaped while watching this video, luckily the curtains are open. ;) Lol
This advice is anything but extreme, Hamza is completely correct.

Stick figures- Project* draftsmanship- entropy (tactical stress)

Very true. There are times when I got to sleep in and do this and that and especially if it's for my benefit and I am very glad that I switched to decaf but either way I got to get up and I got to try to be productive.
thank you for this informations
Thanks for this i have this habit
Now I'm aware of it
I need to start using this to better improve my mornings cause 1 I do not get on social media as soon as I wake up but while im commuting to work I am on social media just a little bit until I find myself losing my focus i snap back. But my goal is to eliminate that all together going forward
Amazing. TY
Brilliant observation
you wake up, you get up your body is saying time. On really cold days I will sleep longer as the 4-6 cold air days a year gives me asthma. Just means i start around 9:30, i can start work at 6:30 on another day no big deal. Gave up coffee a few years ago as well.
I personally think having an occasional day or two just relaxing in bed is an absolute MUST. Conversing energy and taking it easy for abit is not bad at all! Furthermore when I’m in bed relaxing I like to make calls to people who I need to speak to and check important emails. So it actually creates productivity for me. Not every day though
I think for the last 10 years I’ve allowed my life to take me where the wind blows. My resolution as of today is to become more uncomfortable. Stop being so comfortable with complacency and do shit that makes you uncomfortable today so you can be comfortable in the future. Here’s to hoping for a better future 🍻
Best podcast
Fanatic advice! Phones should be on only after 11-12am! ❤

Bro defined my day
Holy shit this dude just literally listed my mornings for the past couple years and it’s had incredibly negative effects I just didn’t realize it was that behavior causing it. All of it is me including the posture.
The worst part is I KNOW I need to get up and get moving but my brain is like fuck it you’ve laid here this long and got into this shit situation may as well stay til you’re really ready. So bad o need to break it
