Try me! I've had nightmares about that dreadful One Away incident. I've seen it happen one other time before where the contestant originally guessed no numbers right, except that time we immediately heard the other buzzer instead of a pause followed by the hard buzzer.

Who was the fourth model auditioning during this time?
Probably Renee Tenison. I'm not sure. This was during the time they decided to add a 4th model (obviously to up the ratings) before Kathleen became permanent.
I'm guessing they wanted to start adding diversity and equality among the models. Maybe that was part of the reason.
