Bruce Cockburn - Wondering Where The Lions Are

This is one of my all-time favorite songs, and it's by Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist Bruce Cockburn, who took it to #21 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in 1979. Everything about this song is awesome--from the vocals and arrangements that include sparkling guitars, a pleasant bassline and some lovely percussion, to the poetic lyrics with a touch of Christian themes. This song never fails to uplift me and is perfect for chilling out, contemplating eternity, or just to give thanks for living your life. The version I've posted here is actually the album version, as the single version removes a verse and trims several lines from the chorus; this song needs to be heard in its entirety, and yup, this is another of those songs that I thought deserved to be a bigger hit.
