Great Vid brother. Articulate way to explain how to attack the hitter. 1. By the book ( can be effective, but easier for the batsman to dissect what you're trying to do to him ) 2. Backwards ( much less predictable, but trickier to master, and Maybe more ballsy - say a 3-2 offspeed with the intention to get a chase ) My coaches would hate when I would go slurve at 3-2 and the batter would take. " why didn't you go fast there ?" " because he was expecting that !!!!" I always thought I got the most grief with pitch selection at 0-2 & 3-2. 2. Backwards
