Thank you Dr. For your thaught provoking posting on insulin, my doctor depends only on HBA1C parameter and continues insulin. How to revert back to tablets? I am confused.
It’s better to see whether you’re having Type 1 or type 2 diabetes . It type2 ,then try diets specified by Dr Arun + medicine and/ or insulin. Generally, doctors are reluctant to upgrade their knowledge ( that too fundamentals ) in glucose metabolism. What to say ?

But it will not completely eliminate the need
We have seen 75% reduction in insulin dosage with low carbohydrate diet
