Our goal is to travel across Canada on the Trans Canada Trail. The trail connects the cities of St John’s, Newfoundland on the Atlantic Ocean with Vancouver, British Columbia on the Pacific Ocean with Tuktoyaktuc, Northwest Territories, on the Arctic Ocean.
This video is in the Quebec part of our journey. Today, cycling 78 km on paths through Quebec's Eastern Townships region that connect the Chambly Canal path to the west with the Montagnarde Path to the east. We completed the route in one day, on October 30, 2022.
On the trans Canada trail map, our route consists of 2 connected trails of mostly paved paths, with a few sections of packed gravel and stonedust.
