Can we please have another before bed/ end of day yoga? The last one was great! I work in an office environment and my lower back and hamstring get so tight and sore! I love to do some yoga before bed to stretch them out. Oh and also in line with this video an end of workout video would also be so helpful! I always try to stretch at the end of a workout but im so inflexible i get bored quickly doing jt by myself. So having a 10 minute video to follow keeps me on track and makes sure i do my stretches! Also love the videos, I'm currently doing the 30 day morning yoga challenge. I'm not great at remembering everyday but i try! Ahaha. I love how you have options for different length videos as it means i can just fit them in when i get a chance. A quick 10 minutes lunchtime stretch while WFH has been great 😊

Hi Kassandra, This is good for warm up but it is not sun salutation (Surya Namaskar). Sun salutation includes taking the legs back (one at a time or both - different variations), plank (dandasna), chaturanga, kobra, downdog and then taking the legs back to front, stand tall, back bend.. again there could be different variations given we complete the sequence. Your sessions are really great. Less talk and more focus on yoga :). Very peaceful and connected with nature. Thank you. Love from India!

It's usually practiced in the morning but you can do it whenever you need a good stretch and a boost of energy. It can be great to do before another workout as a warm up as well.
