Why not make a mold and panels to size eliminating small pieces on perimeter??? oversize so the panel need to be cut on tp and sides to allow for uneven ceiling or floor etc, but visually the panel would look same size. One panel on bottom looks too white compared to others... looks add and draws the aye.
The minimum recommended thickness for structural panels used in wall sheathing is 5/16 inch for studs 16 inches on center and 3/8 inch for studs 24 inches on center. Rough side of osb facing out into the room for a stronger bond with construction adhesive.
Awesome concept, I bet it was a blast tos tans back and look at your first completed project. Well done guys on thinking it into existence
That wall looks great.
You should have your company link everywhere.
Check for level after glueing and nailing...
I thought same thing but this is just a basic how to video. Great product though
How did you get the actual texture on the panel? Is it a mold stamp?

Ahogy elnezem ezeket, lehet erdemesebb megcsinalni a paneleket DIY. Szarra aggodnam magam, hogy eltorik mire megkerkezik.

This is such a poor install -- the corners don't even line up! This would drive me nuts!!!
