@dekkoconcrete how is the surface finish of these concrete panels? Is It porous? Just want to understand how quickly they can get dirty and can they be washed?

This kind of design has one major flaw. It creates an echo chamber and noise control becomes a real issue. While looking great, concrete panels act as resonators, confusing habitants. The noise becomes unpredictable and it feels like it's flowing from everywhere. When you open panoramic windows all the external sounds are trapped in such a building so that from inside one feels like sound is really nearby. If Neibour's children are playing or the dog is barking, you will hear every detail loud, clear, and bit distorted via multiple reflections. I wonder what may be a Noise control solution with such a design?

Can you install these panels onto metal studs in the same way?

How did you get the actual texture on the panel? Is it a mold stamp?

This is such a poor install -- the corners don't even line up! This would drive me nuts!!!

Why not make a mold and panels to size eliminating small pieces on perimeter??? oversize so the panel need to be cut on tp and sides to allow for uneven ceiling or floor etc, but visually the panel would look same size. One panel on bottom looks too white compared to others... looks add and draws the aye.
